I'd get better service from a carrier pigeon!
What can I say that hasn't already been said. They sent me an SMS saying they attempted delivery but no-one at home. What a load of BS my husband and I were both home. The SMS said go to our website to re-arrange delivery and you'll need the card, which of course they did not leave. This happens every single time. If only a carrier pigeon could carry a parcel I'd book one of them instead. Most useless company ever!
Driver don't wait for you to answer door
Driver rings doorbell in apartment, has no brains to think that it might take a few minutes for the receiver to come to down to meet the driver. He can't be bothered waiting. Same thing happens day after day after day. This package comes across the country but anable to be deliver from truck to front door
Paid for overnight domestic delivery
Paid for overnight domestic delivery. 2nd day and no clue where my item is. Tracking app says bad weather which is rubbish. No contact phone numbers. Googled and called. No idea of where or when I will get my delivery. Say they will call back sometime later with an update. Waiting....

Didn’t try to deliver. No notification. visited website to see pickup at depot. The nearest depot is Erskine Park. Rang help desk in Malaysia. They have no idea that the depot is 140km from my house. what a waste of time and money. DO NOT USE
Just had a delivery now
Just had a delivery now, well he just dump it all at my gate ..never encountered a driver like him and wouldn’t want him delivering for us anymore.. at first he said is there any strong person that can carry all this boxes because they’re heavy ..I said I’m on my own plus I’m 60 year of age woman... but insisted he’s not bringing it down as it’s 11 boxes .. I admit each boxes is about 10-12 kilos each.. I expected for him to have a push trolley but no he expected me to carry all the boxes myself and just dump it all at my gate 😡why get a job that you can’t do? I do get more same deliveries from UPS but they all come down with a smile .. this driver need sacking

WORST of all curiers in IE / 2nd time I got horrible service from
all courier companies suck, BUT this one is THE WORST I USED IN IRELAND
2nd time i got horrible service from them(and I don't think i used them more than 3-4 times alltogether) . They didn't reach me home. Said they communicated to reschedule but i git no comms (checked both email and SMS spam folders) they didn't respond to client contact emails for 3 days and this delayed delivery by 3 days so now they'll probably try to deliver when I'm out of home at work. I also tried to call them but there's usless voice bot and to actully conect to real person you need business crenetioals (they don't support end private customers). You can throretically reschedulle via website, but guess what: it doesn't work...
I very rarely get deliveries from them (never chose the service myself, it's always suppliers choice) and yet they manage to screw this almost every time...
My advice: avoid whenever possible
TNT/FedEx: Total Letdown on Service
TNT/FedEx seriously dropped the ball. They failed to pick up my packages not once, but twice, and offered zero help to sort it out. Really disappointing service, guys. You've got to step it up. Solid 0/10 from me.
Exceptionally fast delivery
On Sunday 6th November 2022 I ordered a Square Terminal Printer Paper (20 rolls) from Square and they shipped it out on Monday 7th November 2022. The parcel came the next day, which was very impressive.

The worst shipping nightmare ever. Was charged over 300% in fees because they calculated width and length wrong and charged an additional fee without warning months later.

I only give it 1 star because otherwise I couldnt write a review. Well, in one sentence, this is the worse shipper I have ever dealt with. If you want to loose time and money TNT Will be your best partner.
Missing goods
The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Was told on a Monday my urgent parcel would be delivered Wednesday. On Wednesday, Thursday & Friday of the same week I was constantly told the location of my parcel was unknown and that a "case manager" would call me back within two hours - never ever received a call back. I had to investigate myself and find multiple on-forwarders. Have located the parcel today (Friday) and picked it up - TNT Express still tell me that the parcel can not be located! Would give zero stars if it was an option.
Don’t bother using express
Used express shipping was meant to be overnight. Was then told by customer service it’s across two days. Told them it was urgently needed medication. I was reassured by customer service that it would be here today. Stayed home all day waiting for it not to turn up.
Damaged and missing goods.
Absolutely dreadful service. Two separate shipments have arrived with 25-30% write-off damage to them. One shipment even had multiple holes in the boxes and with approx 30 items missing that had fallen out of the hole. Or been stolen.
A single drum shipment of oil arrived yesterday totally smashed up, with a leak and 25% of the oil was missing. Raging.
Consignment missed critical shipping…
Consignment missed critical shipping time (Friday) and no contact. Rebooked after the weekend and missed again. Complaint to CEO received fast response (great) but CR at Aussie end gave a half answer and offer to collect the consignment already cancelled in their system.
What a shamozzle!
Now engaged another Courier Co. No more TNT.
Undelivered package
They are not really trying to deliver, just marking failed attempts to pick parcels up at their warehouse!

Dont order stuff that come in pieces
They overcomplicated things and as a result there was a mix up.... We have waited an extra week due to some delays and now we have to wait 4 more days in order to have the products be delivered.... Overall we were left feeling very unhappy with the delivery service here in Greece

Did not even bother to ring my door bell or leave a note, yet claimed delivery attempt. Rang customer support several times, who promised to call back numerous times...No one called back. The worst customer service ever, rude staff...They can't even directly call the depot and enquire, apparently. I had to go to the Canberra depot and demand they give my parcel. Will never use TNT ever again
