Turned up 45 mins early- and was seen and treated straight away. Excellent

I found the staff to be very polite and welcoming . The clinical decision was explained and I will be contacting my dental practice for follow up care.

Was very glad of the Surgeon advice, advising me to just have the tooth extracted that was hurting,. And come back if other tooth starts hurting. Kind Nurses, and reception staff. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

I was nervous on arrival for a tooth extraction but comforted by Devanya in reception. Saranya dentist & assistant were calming and friendly which made me feel relaxed. Tooth was extracted whole with no bits left behind. Given instruction sheets for care after treatment very informative.

Excellent Dentist in Braintree. This is a Dentist that looked after my teeth many years ago and after much globetrotting am pleased to say that I returned to the Braintree area and have renewed my relationship with them and have the same Dentist who looked after my teeth before. Very efficient and always have had first class treatment.

I had to have a very difficult extraction of a wisdom tooth. The procedure was carried out in the most professional manner in all the time I have been visiting various dentist. One week later, completely healed over and nearly back to normal. Excellent skills.

Sonal Patel my dentist is superb, very caring and gives detail on everything she is doing and is very attentive to your individual needs and requirements. My latest visit to together dental was no different to previous occasions checking in at reception was easy plus rebooking further treatment or checkups is also easy either at reception or online. I would totally recommend this practice due to their total diligence and attentiveness.
The only one issue I have is that there is very poor phone reception and no readily available WiFi whilst at the practice. It would be good to be able to use my mobile phone whilst waiting in the reception area obviously on silent and to check messages and emails.

Quick, amazing and friendly experience every time. Jennifer and her assistant (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) are amazing.and a great team explaining every step with my daughter and just the best. Very professional but make you feel so relaxed, personal and listened to

My son’s appointment was cancelled twice to have a brace fitted . When it was finally fitted in June instead of March we were told the next available appointment could not be until January. A follow up appointment should be in September but none wee available . I appreciate that there is a current staff shortage. But I will now have to try and get a cancellation in the next coming months . He still needs to have a lower brace fitted and we have been given no time frame for this . The actual care at the dentist is genuinely really good . However we were not informed about the staff shortages and Extended time frame the process will take . If we had been informed of this from the start we would have asked the dentist that made the original referral for an alternative orthodontist. They were never honest with their incapacity to facilitate my sons orthodontists treatment .

Very friendly, warm welcome to the practise and treatment was to the expected high standard.

In the 11 years I have been coming to the practice, I have never had any cause to rate it less than 100% in all aspects. The reception staff are welcoming, patient with all requests and willing to accommodate dates and times wherever possible. Mrs Patel's particular skill is in preventative care and advice. I am always impressed by the fact she prioritises gum health and checks for any signs of mouth cancer every 6 months. I have had equally high quality care from Bernadette, the Hygienist, who is so very caring and puts one at ease.

Friendly and although they were running late for my check up they made sure my hygenist was aware and adjusted my appointment
