I was not looking forward to my extraction. A large molar and infected. Best treatment I have ever had was here at Together. Utterly professional in every way. I am on first day after the extraction and have had hardly any pain. The dentist was so careful, I had not realised the tooth was out! Thank you.

A pleasure to visit the dentist, Mr Parker at the Halstead surgery is a true gent. Highly recommend.

Had 2 visits recently. One to dentist for 6 monthly check up where he rebuilt a molar to aid holding my denture plate. Secondly to hygienist who did a 6 monthly scrape and clean.
Both done very well, no pressure and quick which is a bonus for me.
All staff very professional and polite.
Would recommend this team to everyone.

I had to have a filling and my dentist did it straight away. He was very gentle and repaired my tooth quickly and painlessly. I thoroughly recommend Together Dental.

Always had a great experience with the dental care - this was my first appt with new hygienist, Sela Perez-Caneiro, and was really pleased - excellent interpersonal skills and everything was explained fully. Appt ran to time, everything in Reception was efficiently managed and a great 5🌟 experience.

Lovely friendly receptionist, managed to be seen the next day for a chipped tooth.
Dr Dzhoglev is always very thorough when I see him and this time gave me the opportunity to have the tooth fixed immediately, which I had done. He explained that I will continue to get chipped teeth due to teeth grinding in my sleep, and asked if I used my night mouth guard. I had to admit that I’d lost it a few weeks ago, so I had impressions done to make a new one. I want to keep my teeth for as long as possible.

I always experience a lot of difficulty having all the instruments in my mouth because it brings on feelings that I am going to choke. I’ve never told anyone this, because it is embarrassing, but I am sure Dr Dzhoglev knows I’m a nervous patient. He is always very accommodating anyway.

Halstead branch go above and beyond, had a dizzy spell while I was there and they took excellent care of me, even offering to help my daughter get me to the car. Dental care also excellent, would recommend.

The hygienist was most thorough and, as I am living with cancer, had contacted my oncology team to confirm that her treatment would be appropriate for me.

The dentist is excellent. Careful to explain everything and discuss options.
Just 2 more negative comments. I waited at reception for a long time before anyone came. Perhaps a bell or buzzer?
Second, the hygienist was difficult to understand. Her English wasn’t clear and her mask added to the difficulty. I found her manner a bit brusque.

Unscheduled appointment, however received excellent treatment

I rang to get an emergency appointment this was no problem for the receptionist she booked me an appointment that suited straight away, on my visit as always I was greeted by a friendly member of staff. My dentist is Dr M. Eke he is always a pleasure, he spoke through my options and is always very understanding and willing to go with what you would prefer. he always makes you feel at ease and that you matter. I highly recommend Halstead dental practice They are all so friendly and welcoming .

My daughter had to have a filling done, Manuwuba Eke was absolutely amazing with her. She's has SEN needs and he reassured her every step of the way explaining in terms she understood, showing her the equipment he was using. He always makes her feel at ease during appointments. Would definitely recommend
