Great, helpful and chase up slow layers! Nina & Beverly have been a massive support through hard times. They did everything as soon as they could and make an old man very relieved & not suicidal!!!!

Tollers negotiated my commercial lease. Despite the landlord agreeing I would not be liable to dilapidations, their solicitor still included a clause that would have held be liable for the poor historic condition of the building. That could have easily cost my business hundreds of thousands of pounds. Highly recommended.

Wasting time, lost my business deal, with them.

Tollers were our conveyancers when we bought our first home. We were allocated Tollers through our lender's managed panel. The team was always very professional, explained what the steps in the process were (through an online platform), chased us/the vendor's solicitor for any outstanding items and quickly processed the documentation that reached them.

The price they charged was very reasonable - and lower than a lot of the quotes we found online. They were very patient with us when we got gazumped the first time - quickly refunding the amount paid without us having to ask. Once we had an offer accepted on another property, they were quick to set up a file and helped us complete in about 6 weeks.

They are clearly very busy and initially had a matter-of-fact style when communicating with us. This is obviously not an issue. However, as we neared completion, they were very personable and seemed genuinely happy to help us acquire our first home. This made the customer experience even better.

We are very satisfied customers and would be happy to recommend them to friends. This aspect of the house purchase could not have been easier/quicker/nicer. Thank you David, Khama and Elaine!

Tollers where expecting to be paid over £5700 for what equated to four photographs their expert ! had taken that where not needed in the first place.
Avoid these clowns like the plague

Dont waste your time. Tollers are deceitful and do nothing but make excuse after excuse for their bungling. They even have the audacity to think they should be paid for their bungling which serves to prove they are clueless, failing to provide a service they intend to charge for breaches any contact you may have with them.
The Chuckle Brothers would be a better choice minus ten would be flattering.
Avoid these goons

I had a personal injury claim handled by Tollers, they were extremely slow took almost four years, they gave me three figures I could expect , I got less than a third of what they indicated, although there fee was around the same as what I got, they mixed my case with another on several occasions they sent me documents that I was not to see, and then asked me to delete they broke there own customer charter.I would never recommend this company they seem to serve one interest THERE OWN.

Tollers have even failed to respond to my complaint lodged on 4th June 2016, and now some 15 weeks later I have had to appoint new solicitors to investigate my old ones , and seek the help of the ombudsman to get what I should have from Tollers please do not waste your time or money on tollers they are very very poor at what they do, they just like to line there own pockets
