I still haven't recived my order. I have sent you e-mail today. No response. Pages and everything is in french and it is difficult to communicate this way. When it isntranslated sometimes it changes meaning. I would like to know what happened to my order that they "tried" to deliver (no message, no phonecall, no paper ticket) and now I have no idea where the package is. That was 7 days ago.

Quality not great
The fabric of the hooded wrap- dress was itchy on my skin
The sandals I bought were nice but one has tighter straps than the other and I can't wear them as the material cuts my foot
Quite disappointed as shipping and returning is quite expensive:(

Got my "akriti" army green jacket really fast and absolutly love it ❤️ Exactly like in the pictures or better. Quality is very good. I am size M, but ordered size S, becuase I wanted more fitted look and it's perfect. I've ordered from this page one time before and I'm really impressed how good and unique these things are. Money well spent.

Can't recommend enough!
I absolutely didn't expect this to be so good! I bought 3 pullovers and one shirt and I am very happy with the puchase so far.
The material is stretchy, soft and all the pullovers have a thumb hole, which i love.
My only complaint is that I wish they were a little bit longer, as I have quite a long torso, but that is not their fault.
Very happy overall!

Quick shipping and great quality
The shipping was quick and the products are what I expected. The materials are soft and comfortable, especially for me as a person with sensory issues and they fit my skinny body type so well. It'd be great if they made the acrylic products from a non-syntetic material, or at least have that same product in a natural material version as well (ethically sourced).

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Toonzshop.
I was initially drawn to Toonzshop because of their unique designs, but unfortunately, the quality of their clothing and customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied.
I ordered a dress and a pair of leggings, which arrived on December 20th, 2024. Upon opening the package, I noticed a large hole in the side of the dress along the stitching — I was immediately disappointed. When I contacted customer service, they offered a free return label, which seemed reasonable at first. However, in our correspondence, they changed the payment details, showing I had paid only 276 DKK, when I had actually paid 345 DKK (approximately 10 € more). I questioned this discrepancy, but they never responded.
Despite my concerns, I used the return label and sent the dress back on January 3rd, 2025. Tracking confirmed the package was received by Toonzshop on January 10th. Since then, I have neither received my refund nor any response to my follow-up email.
To make matters worse, the stitching on the leggings is now coming undone after only a short time, further proving the poor quality of their products.
I frequently shop online and understand that occasional issues happen, but reputable brands typically prioritize resolving problems and maintaining good customer relationships. Unfortunately, Toonzshop has shown no interest in doing either. Their lack of communication, failure to provide refunds, and low product quality make it clear they do not value their customers.

Regarding your dress, I can confirm that our customer service team provided a free return label promptly after your initial contact on December 20th. Since then, however, we have not received any additional messages from you 🧐 I’m really sorry if you tried to reach us and did not get a reply. For your information, all emails sent to commandes@toonzshop.com (our only official contact email) are reviewed daily, including our spam folder, so I’m unsure where the miscommunication occurred. Could you kindly tell me what method you used?
Regarding your retur, as you mentioned, we did receive it on January 10th. Returns are processed as quickly as possible within 3 to 10 working days, and I will personally ensure your refund is finalized today. As for the discrepancy in the amount shown on the return commercial invoice, please know that this document displays amounts excluding tax for customs purposes (for Denmark, this corresponds to 25%). Rest assured, the exact amount you paid at checkout will be fully refunded.
Lastly, I’m very sorry to hear about the quality issues with your leggings. This is not the standard we strive for, and I completely understand your frustration. If you could reach out to us again (answering directly to Delphine in your previous discussion or by sending a new email at commandes@toonzshop.com) with photos showing the stitching issue, we’d be happy to review it further and find a solution for you.
