Good quality, return policy very expensive and complicated
The quality of the clothes is good. But the return policy are not very customer friendly. I bought a jacket in size M which was too big and wanted to exchange it for a size S. I had to take care of the return packaging as the original packaging it came with isn't appropriate and was delivered half open and damaged. It costs me over 15€ to return the item. So very very sure of every detail before you purchase an item. The return is quite a pain in the a#@.

Regarding the return cost, we offer several options to accommodate different needs, including a more affordable one at 9€, as well as the possibility to return the item at your own cost via your local post office or with any other carrier not listed in our program. We regret that this wasn't clearer for you during your return. Additionally, we’re sorry to hear about the condition of the packaging upon delivery, this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. International shipping involves various modes of transport and many people; it's truly unfortunate that a lack of care occurred during this process. :(

It used to be better
I used to buy a lot from Toonzshop since first discovering them in 2017, especially their Witch Designer and the quality was always great. But the last order I placed in August this year was a disaster. I tried other designers because I was looking for specific things and god -- the quality of the items I received is horrible! Yes they look great, but for example the black harem pants with the 3 buttons on top barely lasted through one wear before the first button fell off. Shortly after the second. I started fixing the pants up because I really liked how they looked and felt, but it's been 3 months now and even the parts I had to stitch up start ripping on each side of the stitch because the material is like paper apparently! I'm so disappointed. For the kind of money I give this shop I really expect my items to last.

Fast shipping, excellent quality and clothes look exactly as portrayed

I love this shop so much
