WORST customer service/warranty claim

I would have previously provided a great review HOWEVER, it's not ending that way. One of the pairs I bought from them lost the hardware that holds on the lens. I thought I could just get the part but they said the glasses could be replaced under warranty. I paid a small fee for this, made my selection (since what I was trying to replace was not in stock). I have sent 4 emails asking on status of my replacement and CANNOT EVEN COUNT the number of times I have called them, they have totally ghosted me. I am utterly disappointed and would NEVER recommend this company again.

EDIT: I tried calling again multiple times and could NEVER get a CS rep. I asked a friend to call from her phone and low and behold, they answered RIGHT AWAY. I am certain they were blocking my calls because of caller id. I have asked that someone from mgmt call me, we shall see.

Impeccable customer service

This company is incredible and the customer service is amazing! My sunglasses were sent to the wrong address (my fault) and TopFoxx answered my email immediately about the issue. Granted it was not the company’s negligence but mine. The consumer. They redirected my order and the entire time have been emailing me details and with a personal touch to each correspondence. This is beyond customer service and care for their customers. It’s impeccable!

Great aviator sunnies that check all the boxes!

I have never paid more than $10-$15 dollars for a pair of sunnies. I decided to take the plunge when an influencer I watch offered a discount code. The first pair I ordered were the Ivy Luxe - Clear Black Tangle Free Round Aviator Sunglasses. I was instantly in love with them and the tangle free aviator style is genius. The sunnies have a cool vibe to them and I do get compliments when I’m out. Never again will I own a cheap pair that gets tangled up in my hair. I have since ordered another pair of the Ivy Luxe in the Olive color.

I love all of the glasses I have…

I love all of the glasses I have purchased from TopFoxx! From the blue light blocking glasses to sunglasses they have me covered. I constantly get compliments about all pairs I own from TopFoxx. I am a customer for life!!

If only they had a phone number. Takes a bit of time to get a response, but they do aim to please and have great customer service once you get a response. The sunglasses are well made. I will continue to buy and recommend them to others.

Do not believe social media influencers

I really wanted to like the Bella Sunglasses. Everyone on social media raves about them so I thought I would give them a try. They are tight. They are supposed to be tangle free but they are so tight it hurts to even slide them up top of my head.

I requested a return and selected the pay my own shipping label. They replied 24 hours later and told me they were sorry and said once was I paid the invoice they will send me another email to download the shipping label. $8 is steap for that tiny box and I'm already annoyed they did not listen that I was going to pay my own shipping label because I know I can ship them for less so I just paid the $8 and got it over with. We'll 72 hours after that invoice is paid and I still do not have the return shipping label mailed to me. At this point I think they are trying to hold out so it reaches 30 days and I can't return them.

CROOKED GLASSES

I ordered the Bella sunglasses in coffee. They look gorgeous online. However, mine came extremely crooked. It was a defect for sure. I asked customer service to send me a replacement pair after providing them with images that clearly shows jusy how visible the crookedness were even at just first glance. They wouldn’t do it. They made me go return the defective pair first before anything else. Absolutely unacceptable! Not to mention, their customer service takes at least a whole week to respond to emails.

I can’t say enough great things about…

I can’t say enough great things about this company! Not only are the sunglasses stylish and high-quality, but the customer service is absolutely top-notch. I lost my sunglasses in the ocean and, to my surprise, they sent me a replacement pair — for free (I only paid shipping)!

The process was smooth, hassle-free, and genuinely kind — what company does that anymore? They made me feel valued as a customer. I’ve had a wonderful experience and have already referred all my friends.

Highly recommend — don’t wait! Get yourself some sunnies, you won’t regret it.

Glasses too small for my face

Glasses too small for my face, hair still got caught between the metal nose piece and framing. Sent 2 emails for a return and refund and also called and nothing. Still waiting on a response.

i’ve many pairs of sunglasses from Topfoxx and I love them. All the quality is great. Customer service is great. I had a pair stolen on vacation and sent in my receipts and they replaced them for me and I’m very happy with the products and the customer service.
