Richard in the Boucher Road Belfast store was very helpful and extremely friendly today

Went into the store in Hereford. The staff were amazing. Always a warm welcome. Always happy to help. I do not have any problems with them and highly recommend to anyone looking who has a tile job to go and look at the range and help they give. They do a range of flooring aswell. They help take the products you buy to your car. With their help my kitchen looks great.

As a trade customer for over 20 years, I feel the team that changes throughout the years in any of the Bristol and Weston-super-Mare branches always maintain the same courtesies of knowing a traitor and what they want also accommodating my customers as I send them in.

Went to Top Tiles Aintree… guys in there were really helpful. Called me when tiles were ready to pick up.. I’m an amateur at this and they made everything easy for me, especially when I messed up and needed a few more tiles. Do not hesitate to go here. Will be back again no doubt. Thank you guys

Excellent instore experience

We have visited the Worcester store a couple of times to get tiles and materials for our bathroom. The staff bent over backwards to help us - the customer service couldn't be better!

The store manager Ian very knowledgeable and helpful got me sorted out with what I needed, would recommend.

Bought an acoustic wood panel only it’s not wood and arrived damaged. Posted a review on their website and had it moderated and removed. I’ll repost below and let you guess what the problem was with it.

Not actually wood, and arrived damaged.
This is not made of wood. It’s MDF with something which might be wood veneer or paper. It arrived with a a huge gash through the packaging which scratched the surface, and the ends are banged up as well. The courier dumped it and ran claiming it was signed for (it wasn’t). All in all won’t be buying anything from you [them] again.

Jack the member of staff that served us remembered our visit the week previously. He was polite, helpful and professional. He knew his stuff and worked out how much tile adhesive we would need plus grout. Lovely customer service. 😀

Helpful assistant David at the New Southgate branch. He spent a great deal of time helping us look at a range of tiles and offered help without being pushy.

I live in Orkney, so my order of tiles had a bit of a journey which included 2 trips by boat.
It took a while and cost extra but not a single tile was broken.
My only slight complaint is that the delivery tracking didn't work (but that may be the haulage company's fault). I was in touch with Topps customer service who were prompt, polite and helpful.
I'll be ordering from Topps again soon.

Just been into the top tiles Store in Worcester and was assisted by a fantastic lady Angie who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Will be collecting my tiles and accessories on Friday!
