I popped into Topps Tiles on my way home on Wednesday evening around 5.15pm. I knew the store was due to close so tried to get as much information on a shower room refurbished project as I could. I was greeted by a gentleman called Alex who was very helpful, informative and honest when I asked him difficult questions or his opinion. Even though the store was due to close, Alex never rushed me and I could tell he was professional, caring and enjoyed his job. I work in the service industry myself and run my own business, so was impressed on how Alex represented the Topps Tiles Brand with his excellent customer service and rapport skills which has resulted in me making an order and recommending a couple of friends and family to the store which I was originally recommended to by my builder. Thanks again Alex

I am an end consumer, and Hardik and Steven were fantastic. They were very helpful in guiding me through the available options and helping me understand what would work best for my needs. I really valued their honesty and willingness to explore alternative solutions.
