Great service with helpful knowledge staff

I had help from a number of Topps Tiles staff members in about 5 stores as I was hunting remaindered tiles. All of the staff either in person or on the phone were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to track down the tiles I needed

I have shopped at Topps tiles Doncaster for over 10 years and have to say the service is amazing, Lindsay and Jamie are the absolute best, they can’t do enough for you. They are a credit to the company.

Our experience with Topps Tiles on Wheatley Hall Road in Doncaster was excellent. We were putting a new bathroom in our house and we were not 100% sure on square meterage etc and they the staff were patient, kind, all really helpful especially the manager Jamie, Assistant Manager Lindsey and also the assistant Miracle who couldn't do enough to help us.
Pick up was easy, we even returned some boxes of the tiles with no fuss at all and got refunded with no issues.
Can't recommend highly enough and we will be back when we start our kitchen!

All the stores are amazingly helpful and the guys at Plymouth and Bodmin are always fantastic with there help and advice couldn’t recommend more highly

Topps Tiles Worcester provides really good customer service. The employees are all friendly and helpful, and changed my order for me with no issues a week after placing it. Great experience.

Visited Topps Tiles in Plymouth on numerous occasions over the summer and have been very impressed with Matt who has always gone the extra mile to make suited recommendations and care sincerely. Top bloke and incredibly knowledgable.

Went to Topps Tiles in Telford and Jake the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. I was in a hurry to get my floor down, and the tiles I really wanted weren’t in stock, so he helped a bit with the price of the more expensive tile. He gave great advice on where I needed to spend a little more, and where for my project the cheaper items would be good enough. Even helped me load 1/3 of a ton of tiles and adhesive into the van.

Couldn’t have been better service and a lovely man to boot. Thoroughly recommend.

Great experience in store with Ali at the Ilford branch on 29th August 2026. We came in to get some tile trim and other bits for DIYing our kitchen backsplash and he gave excellent advice. We are currently doing the job and the products recommended are great. Would shop at Topps Tiles again based on my experience of staff being knowledgeable and friendly.

be careful with your orders folks, what you see and what you get is different stuff! and customer service basically dont care about anything you tell them, just trying to wave you away...

Visited the Bilston store today, the first time we have used Topps. We were served by Amy who was amazingly helpful.

Helped us work out how many acoustic panels we needed, as well as helping us find and match a few tiles for a small DIY project.

I mentioned about the online bank holiday 10% off offer and would it be available ordering instore and it was.

I think its really important that stores that have an online presence also ensure online deals can be obtained instore as the advice Amy gave us today we would not have got online.

We will be having our kitchen tiled next year so we will certainly be back.

A decent range of classic coloured tiles and very knowledgeable helpful staff.
