I’ve purchased from this site a couple of times, and their prices are generally reasonable compared to other platforms like Midasbuy and SEAGM. However, my last three transactions were automatically refunded without any clear explanation.

When I contacted customer support to ask for the reason and how to resolve the issue, the representative didn’t seem interested in understanding the problem. Instead, I was told to contact Age of Empires Mobile directly. I explained that I don’t experience this issue when purchasing from other competitors, and the response I received was simply, “Then buy from them.” After that, I was banned from contacting customer service.

While the prices may be slightly lower than other websites, the poor customer service and lack of support make it not worth the risk. I would not recommend purchasing from this platform.

Great Discounts and Helpful Support, but Delivery Could Be Faster

I’ve had a good overall experience with TopLive. The discounts are very attractive and definitely one of the platform’s strongest points. The helpdesk team is friendly, responsive, and willing to assist whenever an issue comes up, which gives extra confidence when using the service.

However, the delivery time is not as fast as advertised. Receiving the in-game pack usually takes around 30 minutes, so there is some room for improvement in that area. The payment verification process can also feel a bit bureaucratic, but it seems to be in place for security reasons.

Overall, it’s a reliable service with great prices and supportive customer service — just don’t expect instant delivery
