I had total confidence from day one! I had been ignoring my website with a background level of discomfort for a couple of years. They took the lead, guided me through their questions and results, helped me be brave and take a proper look at my website. Great tool for checking your site's performance.
I tried the Total SEO website checking tool to get an external view of my new website's performance - it's so easy to miss technical details that can hurt a site's performance. The webcheck came through and indeed pointed to a few technical mistakes I had overlooked and I was able to address them. A very useful tool and the following communication from the team was excellent.

I had previously used a different company, spent a lot of money, got nowhere, and had to all the work myself! TOTAL-SEO have been amazing! Lara Watts is my account manager and I could not be more happy with the service.
The best thing is that you are invoiced monthly. You are not tied in, which means if you are not happy (which you will be) you simply walk away.
I wish I had used them in the 1st place......
