This company is outstanding
We weren't getting much exposure after launching an online employment platform and using many SEO companies without much success.

I stumbled upon this company by accident, it has been so refreshing to find one that genuinely cares about your business.

After producing an extensive report we were quick to get there help to sort our site which needed a lot of work that they are working on, but we can now see improvements. A disappointing experience
A disappointing experience. I understand that one has to take the long view with SEO marketing but having appointed Total SEO & Marketing Ltd, after an initial period and despite a rise in impressions, hits remained stubbornly low. Going into the New Year both impressions and hits actually declined. As a small company every penny of our limited marketing budget has to work hard. This was not the case with Total SEO & Marketing Ltd so we took the decision to pull the campaign. The next thing we know we have a letter from a debt collector chasing an outstanding payment due to Total SEO that we were unaware of. SEO marketing is a very competitive field with many suppliers, I suggest you look there for assistance and give Total SEO & Marketing Ltd a wide birth.
UPDATE 29.05.24.
The review, unsurprisingly, triggered a call from Simon Chapple, Director at Total SEO. He fully accepts that the issues surrounding the termination of our campaign could have been handled better. He proposed a solution to address these issues which was acceptable to both parties. Regarding the broader issue of SEO marketing, it didn't work for us on this occasion; a decent budget and a long term commitment is required. However if we were to restart the campaign I would be willing to do so with Total SEO. We all make mistakes. it's how they're addressed that matters. Simon has illustrated his concern for a disgruntled customer and acted swiftly and decisively to put things right. He also knows a lot about SEO marketing!

As you rightly mentioned, SEO is a long-term strategy, and while we made positive improvements to your keyword rankings, translating those into traffic and sales often requires more time and a sustained effort.
Obviously it is disappointing that you did not see greater increases in traffic and sales during the three months we were working together, however, there are multiple factors at play, including user behaviour, website experience, seasonal fluctuations, pricing, competition and changes in search algorithms, all of which can impact traffic and whether someone makes a decision to click through to your website and make a purchase. While we always strive to adjust our strategies to account for these variables to ensure continued growth, there will always be elements that are outside of our control when it comes to a visitor deciding whether to make a purchase or not.
As a small family run business who have been around for over twenty years we take great pride in achieving excellent results for our clients. The last thing I want is for you to feel that we didn't provide anything less than a 5 star experience and I hope the manner in which we have dealt with your concerns reflects this.
