I preordered this in Oct 2024. When I got this email, I assumed it was finally shipping a year later. Now it’s been postponed again until next year. Why have preorders if you’re never actually going to get the product?

Item arrived as described and quickly

Bought collectable and it was delivered on time and in the condition promised.

I received the exact item I ordered very quickly and process was simple and easy to process.

If I could give zero stars I would. The charizard GX box I bought through them was not packaged well and came in smashed and box was partially open. The cards inside were damaged. Their customer service kept making excuses after I sent them pictures and videos prior to me opening and eventually opening the box. The cards were damaged and I said I wanted a refund and return. If I wanted damaged cards or a box, I would have bought that for cheaper. I had to contact Walmart who said they couldn’t do anything until my bank was involved and their reviews on there are terrible as well. I got my bank involved to show them the entire email chain with pictures and videos. they saw how bad their customer service was and helped me get my money back. These people sell stuff overpriced and don’t care about you. Don’t waste your time or money here. Toywaste should be the company name.

They gave me some BS excuse for returning an order saying the carrier had an incorrect address for an order i payed and lost money and there was no compensation for something that wasnt my fault or anything since every order ive made in the past never had such issues. So i lost interest in buying from this place.

I purchased the Legend of Zelda replica sword and it went very smoothly. The package was delivered in a timely manner and it came nicely wrapped. I was informed when the order was shipped, in transit, and ince it arrived. Great communication. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I never got my alien figure. It’s been so long I actually forgot but this email has reminded me.

Product was exactly as described. I got my order faster than anticipated. Always got tracking to see my order.

While my recent purchase was fine, I was forced to completely cancel another order because of the inflexibility of your staff to change my address.
