Had exactly what I was looking for, shipped fast, and was priced well.

Took 6 months longer to arrive than expected, kept setting back the date. They may not be able to set definite delivery dates, but this is not acceptable. Will never order anything else from them. 👎🏻

I had a question about my order BUS0106680 recently and I thank you for the quick reply. However, I am still a bit concerned that I will never rec'v the item I paid for. I am tempted to cancel but I haven't because some of your reviews have discouraged me from doing so. My order was placed on Aug 30, today is Sept 9 and I believe that my order should've been in the process of delivery, or I would like a REAL notice of any sort as to "what is going on" with my order. PLEASE contact me and at least try to give me some hope that I WILL get my order... Before 2026. THANK YOU!!

Went to this site to look for Gpk cards and found that their mark up is over 100%. This practice is disgusting and should be illegal considering that children are their target customer. So basically toy wiz charges over a 100% mark up to children.

The Quality of the item was great & it was packaged superbly ! Seller communication was very good !!

We never received the item. Honestly we are extremely disappointed specially as it was for my special needs son's birthday. Why ate you a s king mow a year later. We have not heard a word from the company even though we called them prior to shipping to confirm the shipping address.

Great selection of products, especially on individual cards and the pricing on said products is amazing. Shipping is a bit high, but overall I have had a pleasant experience with ToyWiz.

Pre-ordered 1,500.00 dollars worth of sportscards retail boxes in one order and another 1,000.00 on another order. Ordered in August of 2024. 8 months later both orders canceled by Toywiz and I get nothing!!! Most of the product I ordered is getting well over double retail price... Thanks for working with me ToyWiz as I will never do business with these hat clowns again...

I was so excited for this screwdriver that I had to wait 8 months for until it arrived. Before that time I had purchased multiple knock offs just to get that experience before the official one came and they were alright but you could tell it was a knock off which made me more excited for this. Unfortunately my excitement immediately became disappointment. It felt cheap, one of the arms doesn’t fully extend, the light is VERY dim even after changing the batteries, and it just wasn’t worth the pre order price. I wouldn’t recommend this

The website is easy to use. Shipping is fast and carefully packed. Prices and selection are great. The condition of used items are as good or better than described. I am a very happy repeat customer.

No replies from customer service. No update on order as of June 2024. Another Scam Company.

They listed their product as MLS, sent me EPL cards, and are going to charge me a 10% restocking fee, the original shipping, the return shipping, and handling costs to return the wrong product! Terrible business.

Overall I'm very pleased ordering from ToyWiz website. They had a very rare figure I could only find 1 other place online (only 1 seller selling on eBay). Website very easy to navigate, gave me a surprisingly vast number of options for purchasing in checkout, consistent emails affirming my order & tracking info, & fast shipping arriving earlier than emails confirmed. I can now confidently recommend ordering from ToyWiz website. They're legit safe & a blessing for getting ahold of even rare toys nobody else might carry. 2 thumbs up. 👍👍
