Good looking track. Easy to mount - as it is so long we got 2 people to hold it at either end initially - but it went up easily. Well packaged. Would recommend.

Great communications
Great communications. Everything was answered very swiftly and it changes accommodated.
Perhaps the only negative is that the instructions are very sketchy and so, when trying to remove some of the curtain hangers (as there were far too many) we did have a problem that took us a bit of time to solve. Although I did try to find videos online to help, they were not easy to find.
All in all, I was very satisfied with the company and the track, which fitted perfectly.

Impressed with the service
Quite alot of information needed (measurements) to place the order but I understand the need for them. Natalie was really helpful and I ultimately cancelled the order because we just couldn't get the measurements right but better that than pay a high amount and it not fit so really impressed with the service.

Exceptional Customer Service
I ordered a made to measure Silent Gliss 3000 corded curtain track from Tracks Direct having previously bought a number of excellent quality tracks from them. After installing the track, I noticed damage to the slider in the overlap arm which meant the curtains did not open with the cord.
I contacted Natalie at Sales who immediately agreed to send a replacement. Communication was good with friendly, helpful emails keeping me informed of progress. Ken in production dispatched the new track quickly and two days later the track is installed and working fine.
You only really know how good a company is when you have a problem. My problem was dealt with promptly and efficiently without any quibbling. This demonstrates exceptional customer service which is why I have no hesitation in recommending Tracks Direct.
