Ease of ordering. Prompt and efficient delivery

Ordered complicated bay window metal track with minimal room for error and no walls square or parallel with each other. Uploaded triangulated dimensions online and crossed my fingers. It arrived well wrapped, on time and fitted perfectly. Will use again for next window without hesitation.

Ordering was relatively easy due to clear instructions and diagrams on the website to ensure good measurements. Communication was excellent: I was emailed a diagram so I could check measurements and my queries were dealt with promptly and helpfully with adjustments made for the particular space. The delivery was a day late BUT I was kept informed and the track, completed with two angles over a length of over 3 m, was packed really well so it arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I am very pleased with the whole process and would recommend the company without hesitation.

Really easy to use the website to enter track dimensions and angles. Quick turn around to deliver and packaged really well in their own frames.

We were looking for a custom length, double track,ceiling mounted curtain rail and this track from Track Direct was the cleanest and most minimalist we could find. Their customer service team were helpful on the phone and the online chat and answered all my questions helpfully. Delivery was within a week. But unfortunately the track tube arrived damaged by the delivery company and the metal track itself was bent. However Tracks Direct were quick to offer a replacement and re-make and this was delivered within the same week. The track itself was light weight and easy to fit.

I love this company. They have made a few curtain tracks for my house - often with awkward bends. The delivery is surprisingly fast and the packaging impressively robust. Their online ordering is very straightforward. I’ve phoned them several times and each time their advice is totally sound. And my curtain tracks are just excellent.

We ordered the metal track for our bay window, with two 90 degree bends to be done by the supplier. Unfortunately one side was under-bent and the other side was over-bent so it made fitting very difficult, even for my husband who used to be a plumber and was very adept at bending pipes to the correct angles. We were very disappointed,

After having received an extortionate supply and fit quote from a local company for a Silent Gliss rail , I dediced to get a quote from Tracks Direct for supply only. The saving was considerable even once labour was deducted; this led me to be somewhat cautious as it did rely on me getting all measurements exact and Tracks Direct supplying the bent properly. The after sales support in checking measurements and sending over a scale drawing for review was brilliant and we were able to iron out any flaws before manufactured. Item was delivered within 3 days of final confirmation of measurements. Fitted it over the weekend and it fit perfectly.
