Best experience and thrilled with new updates!
I had the copier in the past. Wonderful experience! Now, I see they are exploring new platforms (Ninjatrader, Tradovate) and this would be extremly beneficial and set them apart from the competition. I am with futures prop trading and I must say the existing copy solutions are not reliable. Let's hope Duplikium will be a game changer!

The trades are copied almost instantly. Our internal latency is of few milliseconds (1-3 ms). Then the total latency depends also of your broker performance and server location.
Here is what you can do to have the fastest Trade Copier solution:
1. Select a trusty, reliable and performant broker
2. Have all masters and slaves brokers accounts at the same location
3. Set the Trade Copier location at the same location than brokers in the Global Settings (available on a Subscription Plan only). The servers are in Frankfurt, Singapore, London and US East.
4. Use the Dedicated Server add-on, this is a must have if you want server resources exclusive to you, providing optimal low latency, stability, and reliability.

Trading needs focus
Trading is a business, that needs your full focus, so I´m glad, that Duplikium is such a reliable, hassle free source for all my copy needs. I´m a satisfied customer for several years now. At first it took some time, to set it all up and to understand the system they built and to find the best settings, but since then it works like a charm. Everything is configurable with a few clicks, let it be your trade settings, or your subscription. Don´t look further!

I had a connection problem. It took some time and had to change from device but finally Tony found the problem and solved it for me. Tony was very patient while looking at different options to solve my problem.. !
