Had trouble trying to order a bath through the trade point ap, but on going into the store the trade point member was able to resolve the problem and ordered it there and then fir me.

Damaged goods , package clearly dropped and damaged corner.

Damanged garden furniture for over £500, sent numerous emails to complaint but they continued to say it will be passed to the complaint team. 5 times this happened without and contact from the complaint team. Shambles.

The outside dining suite was what we were looking for, when we ordered it the delivery timescale jumped from 3 weeks to 6 weeks, which wasn’t good, then when it arrived it had a damaged table leg and I’ve now to wait another 2 weeks for delivery.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a full kitchen and bathroom and had to return over 30% of the items due to various issues. One of the shower taps arrived damaged, and I’m still waiting for a refund despite it being over 14 working days.

To make matters worse, the delivery team damaged my oven, which I didn’t even purchase from them. I’ve emailed numerous times about this, but I still haven’t received a proper response.

Every time I contact customer services, I’m asked to send photos of the damage. I’ve now sent the same images to six different customer service advisors, yet no one follows up. When I ask for an update, I simply receive another email asking me to send the photos again. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like no one is taking responsibility.

I placed my order through the Eastwood branch near Ilkeston. My experience was that once the sale had been made, getting help afterwards was extremely difficult.

I have a trade card and spend a considerable amount of money on renovation projects, but after this experience I’ll happily pay a little more to use another supplier. I would strongly advise anyone refurbishing a property to avoid this company if you value good customer service and reliable after-sales support.
