selling furniture as promoted as wood but it's low quality wood with plastic folie!
also when complain you will not get any help at all (this regarding rusty nails on a gardentable after less than a month) avoid. total rubbish company and will never deal with them again!

Delivered items with damage. took 3 weeks to respond to my request. demanded photos at first, and then demanded videos of the damage.

The damage was to small plastic parts of my product which would have cost a tiny amount to send me.

I now have a damaged product which is almost a month old and no idea what they plan to do.

Worst place to buy something, they will charge you 600 SEK for returning an item even when they say oppetköp , I told them that I can bring the item to butik but they did not accept. They say it is free delivery but they will charge you for getting item from storage. i called customer service they put me on the for one hour and after waiting for an hour they speak to me rudely and never cared about the customer. Simply they do not care about their customers.

They are all scam, all they want is your money and just disappear to thin air.

We bought TV cabinet Virkesbo from Trademax. We received a friendly service from the staff at Halmstad showroom. Although the product we received was similar to what we looked at the showroom, it was too difficult to fix it. We noticed that the legs didn’t fit perfectly. Instructions are not perfect. The plank at back needs to be nailed which doesn’t have any markings where to nail. There is lot of room for improvement.

I did place my order 3 months in advance with enough time for delivery. When its time for delivery, no one contacts me about it. When I reached out to customer service, they say order was put on hold as some of the items were not in stock. I would have asked to deliver whatever is available as sofa and bed are essential. Again after I asked to deliver availble furniture, it took many follow ups to find out delivery date and time. My family and me slept on floor for a week because of this unacceptable service from you guys.

when I reached out and expressed my concerns, they said I will be compensated once I get the delivery of all items. Then to deliver remaining items, I was asked to wait for couple of weeks more again which made me cancel the remaining order. All the time and efforts I had put in to search and place order is gone just because of your poor service.

Even then I have given a business of 42900Krs and your customer service is offering me 200krs as COMPENSATION!! less than 0.5% of total amount I paid for all the inconvenience and frustration caused. This is a joke!! You just lost a customer! I am not very disappointed with your service and would think twice before coming to your stores again.
