Expeditionsavgift…man sätter pris utefter totala konstnaden, inte som en surprise i kassan..

We have received an item less than what we have ordered. The box was ripped. This is unacceptable.

I received an order from this company delivered by only one person. The result is that the product is totally broken and damaged. It is one week since then with no answer or solution to my situation yet. They are very quick taking your money but really slow and irresponsible giving a solution for problems that they have created. Meanwhile the only thing that you can do as customer is "to wait because you are in a queue and there are others before you". Really????

Ordered a package and found that I have the wrong phone number registered. Contacted support to figure out if it was of importance, and if it was to have it changed.

Turns out the transportation is dependent on the phone number, because they won't deliver without a confirmation on sms. However, Trademax charge 400kr to change the number (the price of the package was 350kr). Since I won't pay more for changing the number than the package is worth, I'm asking them to add a note to the transportation company to ask for confirmation on email instead, or to just deliver it since there's always someone home. I just got a "no" to that and they closed the chat.

So now, I'll either have to pay more than the price of the package to get it delivered, or it will be sent back to trademax, I won't get the package and I won't get my money back.

This is the second time I order from Trademax. The first time I got the wrong package two times. Took me 6 months to get the correct package. This was their final shot from me. Stay away.

Iam so happy get what I ordered very fast and for that I DO APPRECIATE YOUR WORK WELL DONE.

Reaching customer service is quite difficult and hence the lower score.
Products are of good quality.

We ordered the charm complete bed size:140x200 for my daughter. My daughter is very happy with her new bed. The bed is really in good quality.

I have never written a review before but Trademax is so horrible I had to. Stay away from this store for your own sanity. I had 1 delivery without manual and no whole to fix the couch legs. Pillows are missing. Worst company ever. And now I am trying to connect to customer support not sure when to get my answer. Verry frustating situation. Given so many money and the experience is not good.

I was at the Store 09/19 and the sales person Johan (As I remember his name) was a brilliant guy. He got me the products I was looking for in no time.. Helped me understand the pros and cons and if it suites my needs and It was super easy with his help I could order a sofa, dining table with chairs and a wardrobe. I really appreciate his knowledge on the product and his willingness to help the customer with what fits right with the customer needs.

This is my first time of shopping with trademax it was quite easy and direct but still waiting to receive the goods before I can confirm everything

I bought a bed that came defective and with a mattress protector instead of a 5cm mattress that was described on the website. Since then I have been trying to negotiate with the company and I can't get a concrete answer, and the attendants don't pay attention to my case, 100% frustrated.

Seriously not a good service. disappointing service
