Bought a headphones that failed after one week. Send back to the company the faulty item, but no return comunication nor refund received. I would strongly recommend to avoid them.

"They sold fake items, fake OPI nail polishes and refused to offer me a refund. I needed to negotiate with them for more than one month and exchanged more than 40 messages to get things settled. I did not even get full refund. I am sure the products they are selling are fake OPI because I have contacted OPI company and they claimed they have never manufacture the nail polishes with those sizes and colors.

I opened a case on PayPal and PayPal needs me to provide a proof to prove that their products are fake. This is way too difficult. PayPal did not bother to help.

Ordered a pair of trainers through Tradetang, the item never arrived. Tradetang unwilling to help me. It seems as if they don't believe that I didn't receive my order. Then I was not allowed to leave feedback on their site regarding my order (like ebay). Be very careful ordering through Tradetang, since my order went missing I have dug a little deeper into the company and I can see a lot of customers are left unhappy with the quality of the goods they receive and then you are left with the unwanted item as they want you to pay to return it which in most cases will cost more than the item you have received.

with my feel, tradetang likes other big shopping site, give me convenient to buy products online. so i accept it as I accept other sites. in total, it's right!
