Definitely recommend Tradewinds, they have a massive range of things at really good prices, and delivery is always fast and well packaged. I've spoken with their support previously and they were polite, quick to respond and really helpful. Won't order my Vietnamese coffee from anywhere else now!

Great service. Items received quickly. This Massamum curry sauce is our favourite and our local market has unfortunately stopped stocking it. Great to find an alternative source. Will be using this company again.

After not finding ‘Chang’ Tom Yum paste in any of my usual shops I was forced to look online. I found my favourite Tom Yum paste in Tradewinds oriental shop.
Sourcing was easy, payment went smoothly and delivery was very prompt.
The jars were securely packed and arrived in perfect condition.
The dates give me till 01/11/27 … 1.5 years to use them … happy days!

I've come back to deduct 1 star...simply because of the sheer amount of plastic bubble-wrap used. Many suppliers have changed to using paper as packaging (for protection), and it would be really good if you could look at this aspect.

Great selection of food (and other things) at incredibly reasonable prices. I really appreciate the different cuisine options being available from the same site, too; I've tried a few things I never likely would have had the chance to otherwise!

We’ve visited Tradewinds store and were amazed with the variety and quality of goods available in a relatively small place. We were made welcome and assisted with such enquiries that we had.

A few months later, we made an online order. Finding what we wanted was quick and easy, with the ordering process being just as easy. E-mail communication with the store (Lily & Kirsty) was very good. A little hiccup with a couple of goods being out of was swiftly and efficiently dealt with, and our order swiftly followed. The order arrived in the window given by the courier. The packing of our order was first class, and all items were well protected against damage. Frozen goods arrived in perfect order. Tradewinds clearly takes customer satisfaction seriously and are commended for that

I made an order with them more than a week ago, it was supposed to be here by yesterday according to Yodel, but they never brought it, they lied saying they couldn't find my address, even though they have been here dozens of times before, and also their own rep. says it wasn't because of that ( i spoke to 2 differents reps there ). I relayed this morning to Kirsty from the seller's customer service, and all she did is just said she will chase it with with Yodel, but she never got back to me, and this is the end of the day now, 8 days after i amde the order. Last time i bought from Tradewinds, congratulations.
