Hi, there is no scam at all. You can buy a Transcash card and activate it with a top-up, the amount of your choice! You can't use it if you don't have money it's a simple principle for all debit cards : you can't pay with 0 euros. And you can buy our one card product if you don't need the red card pack. Card is not Working
My card is getting declined at the website carte de peche dot FR even though I have an adequate available balance. Trust Pilot should have reviews specifically for the country of France. Because doing any kind of transaction is a pain in the butt.

Transcash is a scam and they do not care
Bougth a pack with cards, I activated them and somehow it didnt work I called customer support, they did not provide any help like if they did not care at all because they said my email was not in their database, I called them 3 times, had a long conversation with a robot waitting for a real person to answer me but after a while they would hang up the call. Transcash seems like a scam center all my 100€ I put there they are lost.

First of all, you need at least a valid email address to activate your cards. If our customer service team can't find it in our database, there's a problem!
Then you claim that you called Customer Service and spoke to a robot, which is completely impossible. In fact, we don't have any conversational robots; it's real humans behind the phone. Once again, you're not credible.
Coming here to denigrate us is not a good idea, but unfortunately we can't stop you. In future, we invite you to respect the rules of the game, and you'll see, like hundreds of thousands of Transcash customers, everything will work out for you!

Bad transformation to transcash
The changing of transcash is bad, they dont advice the user to continue to use there card at all. Am disappointed in them. After I pay charges when I recharge money to the card and I still pay another charges if I send the money I recharge to the card and I still pay every month for monthly fee why

Everything is explained in English, and all you have to do is go to a tobacconist to top up your card in cash, or do it by bank transfer from this website : https://www.transcash-recharge.com/ or from the mobile application available on Appstore and Google play.
No, there are no charges when you send money to another card. There are simply very small charges when you top up your card.
There's only a €1 monthly management fee, so if you find it cheaper elsewhere, let us know, but we wish you luck 😉

It’s a scam. They reached out to me in response to my earlier review. Asking me to contact customer service. I have still not gotten my transact card and access to my €150. I am still waiting for a concrete response. I would delete this review after am able to get my money. It’s been over 1 month already
