Absolutely horrible!!
This is the SECOND time they broke a piece of equipment that was working perfectly fine when I sent it in. They broke the wires (that are in a spot that cannot be replaced or fixed). My company uses them for calibration.
After the first time the equipment was useless and had to be trashed. NO REFUND after I complained to them. I was very specific for them to not damage a second one the next time, and took pictures, and they assured me it would not be broken again. They returned it with the wires BENT and BROKEN. I will find another place to send this for calibration. Do not send your equipment here, unless you want it to be broken!!

Transcat has since contacted me to let me know that I can ship back the product in question, at no cost to me. They will cover the return shipping costs.
I do appreciated the customer service. Hopefully they are able to fix the issue with their online ordering.
Transcat misled me on the price of the item.
I agreed to one price online, then they sent me the item after hours along with the actual invoice for 10% higher. I couldn't contact them to cancel, because they were not opened.
Now I have to pay the shipping charges to send the item back.
Deceitful company. Don't trust them
Anything you want, you can probably get through Amazon for cheaper.
Talking with mastercard now, to get reimbursed.

The product presentation and description was misleading and I though I was getting a complete product rather than just leads. I am not happy at a all and will not be using your company again.

In reference to order number EE92U.
Everything was great with the quotation and customer service being very friendly. The only issue we had is we noted “No partial shipments” on our PO, and it got shipped partial.
The problem with this is we were charged $44.92 in freight charges for Partial shipment that we did not authorize.
When the balance of the PO is shipped, I am sure we will get Invoiced again for additional freight charges that we shouldn’t have to pay since we noted: “No Partials” shipments.

I recieved the equipment in great shape. Pricing was fair and competitive. Next day deivery not so much. Could have been the courier but still I paid a fair amount of money for the delivery and it was late.

I almost left 3 stars, but things have gotten better so I went with 4. We had to change the kind of calibration cert we were receiving. It should have been more simple and not so drawn out. However, our first order in the new process went successfully and we are hoping it will continue for future orders.

Not a good experience even the slightest. Will seriously consider using transact again. First the wrong product was shipped to me then the right product was shipped to the wrong office.
The onsite service was flawless
The onsite service was flawless. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. However on the items taken back to the labs - there was some lack of communication to the end user (myself). Apparently, there were some issues with the Purchase Order and the items were being held back. I was not informed of this conflict, I only knew that we weren't receiving the items back in a timely fashion as we normally had been in the past years.
