We just popped in to see what deals were on and to compare with online prices, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and said they would match online prices with the main holiday companies, we booked a holiday with them, and it made so much difference actually speaking to a person face to face and having friendly chat at the same time, something you don’t get with online and call centres, will definitely be going back for the next holiday

Both are very knowledgeable and professional, at times other staff members are there who are also a pleasure to deal with.
Don't hesitate to chat with the staff there as they are very helpful I used to book online I now do everything through the travel house.
