Before the vouchers were issued, the hotel details were shared with you, including the location, room type and booking arrangements, so that these could be reviewed and agreed beforehand.
We are sorry that the nearby construction affected your overall experience. However, as the hotel and arrangements provided were confirmed with you before travel, and the construction was outside our direct control, we are unfortunately unable to offer further assistance in this instance.
