I THINK MR PEREZ IS AN ASSET FOR YOUR CORPORATION, MISS JOY.

MR. PEREZ KEPT GIVING ME INFORMATION IN REGARDS OF A GOOD BOOKING FLIGHTS, AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

This is an internet scam website. They likely wrote their own positive reviews.

They posed as legitimate partners of a major airlines and messed up my booking. Claimed to be able to help me get a luggage bundle, instead they asked me all my personal information, accessed my booking, and bought name single bags, which are more expensive and give a lower weight allowance.

In the process they have obtained my personal data...

If you've had any interactions with this company, I strongly recommend that you cancel your card details.

Be very careful!

Travelslake claim that my review isn't legitimate because they haven't been able to verify me.

I sent a copy of my invoice from Travelslake to Trustpilot and they have now verified the legitimacy of my review.

Miss Elena Gomez helped me beyond my expectations. She has a very excellent customer service , she did her best to gave me better options for my tickets and your agency should have trained all of your associates the way Miss Elena was with me. She also asked me if my elderly mom need help ,Which is very nice of her. I will gave Miss Elena Gomez her 100 🌟 ⭐ star.

I do have a big complaint about a guy that I originally purchased my ticket back in May 20 for giving me false information about bundling my flight with hotel and car and he gave me basically phone numbers that didn't exist. He didn't informed me about all of discount and promotions that it could have save me extra money and I bought them almost 1 months ago. I am very disappointed with him and his knowledge. And I don't appreciate that because I lost my money and he didn't even care. Please train all your employees the way that Miss Elena Gomez is your agency should be proud that has her in your team. Thank you so much.
