We have a wonderful two days stay at the hotel, friendly staff and great food. They gave excellent advice on local attractions.

Parking was good, staff very helpful, cafe was good with excellent service. The grounds were very pleasant despite drought conditions. Unable to access the house as it was closed. The voucher process was straightforward.

This is the third time we have stayed at The Fell using the Travelzoo special deal.
The hotel is in an amazing location overlooking the river Wharf with stunning views. Each time we have stayed in one of the hotel’s comfortable double rooms in line with the offer price. These rooms are well decorated and presented and have everything we needed.
The hotel’s restaurant, breakfast room and bar areas are lovely, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with stunning views.
The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast menu was excellent and food was of a high standard. The main dinner menu was a little limited, but the food was amazing.
Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent service from the owners of 1861. Breakfast was self service but good quality and choices. Ate at the restaurant which was of a high standard and very enjoyable.

I've used this deal several times and we always have a good experience. The restaurant and staff are lovely and the meal is always great. It's a very good deal.

Welcoming , great table layout. Very entertaining host speaker who gave us the history behind the distilleries conception. A Bristol bus circa 1950s had been converted to a bar serving area.
The food was exceptional cooked by a great chef and a different gin cocktail with every course what's not to like.
It was an exclusive event for Travel Zoo Members only , which added to the occasion .We were all principal guests , no separate menu and showing your vouchers. It was like invitees to a private party and were treated as such.

Interesting propositions in great locations offering varied experiences. We enjoy new adventures, great value for money and standard of food on offer is always high.

3.5 star hotel but clean and service was great in the restaurant.

A really cosy and comfortable hotel in a good location. Large comfortable room, slightly tricky shower over the bath, which certainly would be difficult with those with mobility issues but many for us. Lovely Rituals toiletries. Dinner in the hotel was delicious with superb steaks, nice atmosphere. Super friendly staff in all roles. Car parking on site

Accommodation was good. Breakfast was average. The evening meal was ok . Staff made you feel welcome. The hotel was situated in a lively village.

Travelzoo deal, as usual, was excellent. Travelzoo price very good but usual price rather high and food did not really live up to expectation

Very good value, entrance and cup do tea for £7. The gardens were beautiful, loads of places to walk and see, and will definitely do again with a picnic.

A great location, really happy and welcoming staff and really great food- brilliant chef- food always hot and plenty of it! Our room was super and with a king sized bed and big fluffy white towels and huge bathroom, an Alexa for music and a good sized tv- we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all. Jan & Red 🤗

Smith and Wollensky needs to be vidited while in London. Alberto the waiter was amazing,he went above and beyond. Richard,one of the managers,was so hands on,it was incredible to see. Highly recommend.

Excellent food and service. We had a lovely evening and weren’t rushed through our meal. Two of our dishes were prepared at our table. One of which was Tiramasu which was amazing.
