As always fantastic value for money!

Very good value. Staff very friendly.

FALSE ADVERTISING. I signed up for Travel Zoo after an advertisement offered a $599 trip to Hawaii. It did not allow me to click the link to the offer until I signed up. Once I signed up and clicked the link, the lowest available price was $749. This is a 25% increase and complete false advertising. I will be disputing my membership charge and reporting to the better business bureau. If this review is still up, it means Travel Zoo has done nothing to try and make this right.

I can’t not believe the experience I have just had with Oscar. I enquired about a break I had seen online and he seemed friendly at first. After saying multiple times which dates I would like to depart and return he kept giving me alternative dates which I had already mentioned I can’t do. After giving me a deal which sounded good, but the only information I had been given was flight times and the name of the hotel. As soon as I asked for an email with the details his attitude completely changed. He kept explaining that the rates change (understandable) and sending the details over takes a long time. I then queried if the rates change so often why does it take so long to send the details? He was then pressuring me to go ahead with no information on a date that didn’t work for me and at an airport which was not best suited to me. He then hung up the phone without saying anything. I have never experienced a sales person be so rude, it has really put me off despite being recommended by a friend

Purchased a voucher for bread street kitchen. Had a really lovely meal - beautiful restaurant, it was warm so we sat outside and lovely alfresco area, staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Food was also excellent and considering a set menu the portions were really good. Would definitely visit again and the voucher was excellent value for money.

What a beautiful resort and staff were lovely but not in your face just relaxing service . Did not realise until we got there how good this place as and lots of maintenance to upkeep the place so look as good as website. Tried MOFO (Top restaurant) was great . It was off season so one restaurant was closed but really did miss it . Location is quiet and out of town but short beach walk will get you to some optional eateries and massage places .

Great 2 night B&B stay at The Mermaid Inn. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the waiter at breakfast. Good choice of food at breakfast too. My friend and I had a spacious twin room, with an en suite with bath but no shower, which was manageable for 2 nights but not longer. The location was perfect for visiting Rye and the beach at Camber Sands. All in all a lovely stay!

Absolutely lovely experience. Hotel was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The parking was quite challenging! But once you were in their car park you felt a sense of achievement

I joined using the free trial and found nothing that interested me. I tried on numerous occasions to sign into my account, but it kept saying my account did not exist. I changed my password, several times, still no access. Then the subscription was charged to my account despite several attempts at sign in. How many other people get conned by this? Disappointing interaction with the team. BE VERY WARY.

Another lovely afternoon tea at the Fell. Greeted warmly and shown to our table even though we were early. Delicious food and attentive service even though there was a small wedding taking place. There’s such a relaxed atmosphere here and the views are stunning. Excellent value for money!

Excellent service - the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Lovely accommodation - the rooms were spacious, comfortable and bright. The food was very good. Altogether this was an exceptionally good experience.

An enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable, clean and in keeping with the style of the hotel building. Meals were tasty and well presented. Nice to sit out in the small side area and enjoy a drink before our meal and after breakfast coffee.

Beautiful gardens, lovely views. Older visitors would very much appreciate a couple more benches dotted around the grounds to better appreciate the views and rest occasionally.

Had a lovely morning at Mountain Ephraim. Great cake and coffee.Lovely walk through grounds. Only criticism there needs to be more benches to rest and admire the views
