We understand that automatic renewals can sometimes be overlooked. When a membership is purchased as either a 30-day trial or an annual membership, we provide renewal details at the time of purchase.
We also send a receipt that includes instructions on how to cancel automatic renewal. For annual memberships, a renewal reminder is sent 30 days before the membership is due to renew.
If we are unable to successfully collect payment, we will continue to attempt collection for seven days. If payment is not received during that period, the club membership will be cancelled.

Travel zoo give a wide choice of holidays, short breaks, the variety always surprises me I wish I could use

There were a few ‘issues’ with the menu…
There were a few ‘issues’ with the menu - no pork, no tiramisu, no ice cream etc. which was a bit disappointing as it was on the menu. Also the yorkshire puddings were very dry and over cooked.

Scotland Yard Hotel
The staff were really friendly, imparticular Shirley and Mohamed.

Fantastic tour of the Shakespeare Distillery, very informative and a great story about their expansion. We where a party of 6 and all enjoyed it. Definitely worth a visit.

We very much enjoyed our early dinner at the Landsdown.
The food was absolutely delicious!
The sommelier was very informative & a delight to chat to.
The only disappointment was that when I booked, I mentioned that we were celebrating my friends 60th birthday, there was no acknowledgment of this, a simple’Happy Birthday’ would have sufficed…..
