Some great travel offers enabling us to try different experiences without costing the earth. The only negative for the company is the annual membership can’t be shared between partners so I never see the best offers only my partner (the member) does. Would love this to be changed so we don’t miss out on great deals when he’s too busy to look at emails.

Choosing the offer and receiving the voucher was as always - perfect with Travelzoo. Thank you. The location was fantastic, absolutely first class wonderful staff, and the service for everything from arriving and having our car parked for us, the cloakroom guy was so helpful with my husband mobility scooter and the staff marvellous in The Grill Bar. I will certainly be recommending the Travelzoo offer and The Lansborough Grill and Champagne Bar .

A great location. Manor House adjoining Stanton Park, so great views and walks. Well situated for nearby attractions. We had a very reasonable deal and accommodation was adequate but a very small room. All the staff were welcoming and helpful, with the exception of one receptionist on our arrival(never saw her again) she was checking in other guests ahead of me, with whom she took her time giving helpful advice and offering them a second key and map. They were in a more expensive room. She told me that our room was really small and we should get an upgrade for an extra £20 a night. I declined.

A terrace with view of park was lovely area to sit and enjoy drinks, and sunset, but £15 for a glass of mediocre white wine I felt was excessive. The service in restaurant for evening meal was very slow, even though they weren’t very busy.
Breakfast was exactly the same every day. Well cooked, with reasonable ingredients. Staff very efficient even though busy.

Travelzoo as always created a great package- the people are really nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful- much better than using a normal travel company

Not what I expected Italian themed cream tea was advertised when we arrived it was an English menu handed to us when I explained what we had booked and showed him my booking. Staff member explained menu changed two weeks before.
We were about to leave but he went and spoken to the kitchen who then gave us what we had booked I hope this has not happened to anyone else

Wonderful pre-theatre meal at the stylish Smith and Wollenski restaurant in Covent Garden. Brilliant value for the best steak and chips I’ve had in a long time, with a delicious peach cocktail and slice of carrot cake to follow. Great service and we finished in good time for our show!

Lovely position, quiet room, good breakfasts, lovely staff. Four stars as had to wait over an hour for our meal as they were very busy, otherwise would have been five stars. Lots of people with dogs who were made very welcome.

The service was impeccable and the staff are delightful! The room smelled wonderful - felt like we were walking into a spa each time we returned. Loved little touches like really nice toiletries and hair dryer. Loved the ability to cook in the kitchen and also dry clothes each day. The roof top bar and pool are a beautiful experience - music there was so relaxing- great place to end the day and watch the sunset. Food was delicious. Service everywhere was top notch. We also loved the security of their elevator system, and the ability to self- park for free. Bonus - they provided towels and water for us to take to the beach each day. We could not have asked for more! It was a delightful stay and we look forward to returning!

We had an enjoyable stay at The Bull Hotel, it has a lot of character and we had a nice room, very clean and good value for money, good selection of food for breakfast and evening meals, friendly helpful staff.
Large free car park, would recommend.

Riverside Restaurant by Gordon Ramsey at the Savoy was a great experience . Location was amazing, food exquisite nd really great quality. With the voucher you can eat or drink anything and they take the value of the voucher off the end bill.

Everything was completely straight forward when booking our experience.
Everybody was friendly and professional.
The facilities were first class and we enjoyed ourselves a great deal.
We hope to find something similar in future.

This was such a lovely holiday. The booking was very easy. The hotel was great. Extremely clean and the staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend both Travelzoo and The Trecastell Hotel.

Food both at breakfast and dinner not up to the usual Thatchers hotel standard unfortunately, which let the whole Travelzoo hotel experience down. No restaurant specials the first night either.
