The steaks were excellent. Service was great and we loved the atmosphere

My husband just died from pancreatic cancer. I did not get any email from them about auto renewing my trial so they charged me $50.00 and said they were terribly sorry but I could not get a refund due to extenuating circumstances. I will not be able to use this service and I have spent the last many months in hospitals. What kind of horrible company has no compassion for catastrophic situations. HORRIBLE.

Hotel lovely and the staff were very helpful. Spa and pool were clean and well kept. Hotel could do with a repaint . The food was inconsistent very good on evening abd no so good the night after breakfast was displayed lovely with fruits yoghurts yoghurts etc and lively breads an French pastries. The cooked breakfast however was not so good. Left steaming in a very hot steamy container. The beds could do with an update as they were tired and uncomfortable. However the mattress was changed immediately. The hotel in general was in a beautiful position with lovely views and although there were one or two problems we enjoyed our stay and thought the price was reasonable. Any issues were dealt with immediately in a professional manner and in view of the service and welcome would be happy to use this hotel again.

Simple to book and good value.for money. 315 has been a reglar venue for 10 years or more. Alwsys welcoming and excellent food.

Excellent service with a friendly staff, who made the experience worthwhile. The location for us was ideal and the food was done to preference.

A lovely few days in a beautiful location. Room very clean and comfortable. Good value for what we paid.

All was simply perfect! The staff were very polite and helpful - the steak was exactly as I wanted and the whole experience top notch!!

I bought 2 vouchers so that 4 of us could have lunch at The Reach. Unfortunately my husband wasn't well so only three of us went. When we arrived they had no record of the booking but I had the email confirmation as well as the TravelZoo vouchers. There was only one other table occupied so it wasn't a problem.
We chose 6 small plates which was ample for the 3 of us but perhaps we would have had to order more if there had been 4 of us. Two bottles of wine were included in the TravelZoo deals but there was no choice other than red, white or rose.
It was a lovely get-together with friends in very pleasant surroundings and our waitress was helpful and very attentive.

Made welcome to the hotel from the doorman to the water waiter. Pleasant and unhurried service, food and drink, but never ignored. Food was fantastic, looking good and tasting better. And the surroundings were lovely not crowded, not noisy but not lonely either.
We loved having lunch at the Lanesborough.

The food was outstanding, would definitely book again on a voucher deal.

had an excellent stay sadly had to cut short by a day as i was ill the room was large the bed confortable the decor tasteful few minors you could either have lights on and shut out daylight with wooden shutters or have shutters open with people able to look into room needs a net up in window,the tv reception was awful and shower never that hot the food was wonderful at lunch we had pizza and fishfinger sandwich with chips 2nd day we just shared a pizza and took some home they were huge and extremely tasty the 3 course evening meal was varied and yummy too we had duck spring rolls for starters mains of chicken on skewers which was nice and desert sticky toffee pudding and ice cream which we devoured lol,the breakfast we found to be fine but nothing special my poached egg taste very vinegary but on whole food way above average but what makes this place is the staff they all seem so happy to be working thewre and cannot do enough for you so ty for a great stay

The room was a little tired but everything was extremely clean. Staff were charming and super helpful. Gym was small but well equipped. The food was out of this world, dinner on both nights was delicious, highly recommend.

I purchased a voucher through Travelzoo for The River Restaurant at The Savoy and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional — warm, attentive and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout. The food was absolutely lovely, beautifully presented and delicious, and the setting at The Savoy made the whole experience feel really special. Excellent value through Travelzoo and an experience I would happily recommend and definitely repeat.

The dining experience was very disappointing, the prawn ragu was tasteless, thankfully our waiter swapped it out for the cod, which was delicious. However my husband had finished his dinner by the time I received mine.

Delicious food ,steak cooked how we wanted it.Food hot. Attentive staff not rushed,lovely ambience. Will definitely come back.
