Worst logistics
I was one of the first to sign up for their logistics service when they started in 2019. The service was smooth at first but by 2024 the company failed badly. They charged high prices and shipments were delayed. Payments were also delayed and customer support was poor. The top leadership only posted on Facebook and did not work on the ground. Today I believe they have stopped operations and are no longer working.

I used their service for my small ecommerce store in which i used to send packages from home.
First and foremost, to get your packages picked up is a hassle in itself. I had to contact 3-4 people before i was given a number of someone who i would have to call every time i needed pickup. Second, while i do wanna give them some credit for getting the parcels smoothly to the customers, it all counts for nothing when you are not getting paid after the orders have been received. When i was signing up, I set it as that i receive my payments 3 times a week. After my first order was delivered, It took them almost 2 MONTHS TO SEND THE PAYMENT. Not only that, i still have yet to receive another payment which has been processing since the first one. God knows how long that would take. Its worth mentioning that to receive the payment which took 2 months, i had to email their customer support almost 20 TIMES and was met with their same generic automated response every time. Please do yourself a favor and never ever ever use their service. It will send you over the edge with these guys.
Complaint against Fake Reason
Bad Service and Pathetic.
Since i was working in Dubai, I ve requested them on their live chat to contact my parent and handover the card to them. The same day my parent receive the call from them that we can not deliver the card due to areas restriction, Whereas when i have inquire the status they have informed that the consignee was not available and we have return the card. Further more i have complaint to their helpline but it vein and did not took any action. So it is advise do not deliver your parcel with this kind of small companies ...

I had a horrible experience with trax, I had my order to be delivered from wah cantt to attock which is literally 45 mins away from where I live, first they delivered it to wrong city (nowshehra), then I told the rider to reroute it, it's been 13 frikin' days and I am still yet to receive the package, and the customer care is also shit, after I lodged a complaint they told me it will be delivered the next day, it's been 4 days since that. I will never recommend trax to anyone. Trash delivery service. 0/10

I had a very disappointing experience with Trax. Their customer service is extremely poor. The rider failed to deliver my package, and despite lodging multiple complaints, they kept promising delivery the “next day” over and over again, but it never happened. Even after informing them about my urgent travel plans, they showed no consideration for their clients and made false promises. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone looking for reliability.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service quality of Trax Courier. They consistently delay orders, often taking 5+ days to deliver! Not only that, but my payment has been pending for over a month now, since the 14th of last month. Despite reaching out multiple times via email and phone, there has been no resolution, and they only respond with vague promises that haven't been fulfilled.
This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I urge Trax Courier to address this matter promptly!

By far this company has the worse courier service I have came across I had contacted them twice and thrice even though I asked them when would they deliver the package having the package in hand these people where unable to find a rider to deliver the package it is so unprofessional and unpredictable what would customer would face
No delivery
I placed my order with Beechtree on 8th September, it was to be delivered by Trax, 12 days later and I have still not received it. I did not receive any tracking email or text either. I have called several times, and each time, I have been told that it will be delivered on the same day.
I am deeply disappointed by this unprofessional behavior and unreliable service. I will share this incident with my friends and on social media so they won't waste their time either.

Trax is the worst logistics company in Pakistan!
First of all they charge their customer the equivalent of other companies like TCS or Leopard but they don't have overnight service. Delivery from Islamabad to Karachi will take 4 days. Not even a single of our 2000 parcels to Karachi were delivered before 4 days.
We have had used their service for more than a year and in our experience whenever there is an issue in delivery and we launch a complaint it becomes a nightmare because they don't have a Complaints management system. Whatever they have is useless.
Its like banging your head against a wall. The customer support number is useless. They don't even pick customers call who are calling them for complaint.
Other than that they charge overweight. More than 100 of our shipments which were of 0.5 kg they charge 6 Kg on it. And they do it periodically and then we will have to file a claim which will then take 3-4 months to resolve which is just like banging our head against the wall over and over again. More than 200 of our shipments were charges a weight of 1-1.5 while in fact they were not even of 0.1 kg. So Beware they overcharge on purpose (Haram khanay ka lia)
We also had our own Brand Flyers (Courier Flyer Bags) made from Trax which was our worst mistake. First of all their quality was pathetic hundreds of flyers had torn off pocket. hundreds of flyers had faded print and hundreds of flyers had faulty seal. So even their production was a messed up job. And not just this, After a long time we asked them to send our Printing Block because i don't want to use their service again instead of returning it they denied returning (Woh to hum nai dain ga)
Printing block is the property of customer and they refused it just to cause even more traumatizing experience to customer. Such a pathetic company.
This Head of packaging is such a scumbag who refused to return it. We have had dozes of designs made and the printing block is always a property of customer. hell the customer paid for it who the hell are you to own it ?
Haram jab tak kha na lain in ko rat ko neend nai ati haramkhor log. Yeh head of packaging to itna koi Khabees kanjar admi ha. Owner should take action against this kanjar.

Very slow and crap service. Nobody has any clue whatsoever whats going on in their business, everybody keeps saying the same thing again and again. Did not receive my parcel its been more than 3 days.
Received a Damaged Parcel
I ordered a parcel which I received on time but that was already damaged. I called 3 times on their customer service but they are not following up with my complaint. They just ask the tracking ID, tell me that complaint is registered and that's it. No following up with the solution.
