Worst service ever

Worst service ever. It's been more than 15 days I shipped my parcel and it has not been delivered yet.
Also their delivery biys do not call the customers at all and just mark the parcel as "refused by customer". How pathetic. I have to call them literally so many times a day just because of the complains. Worst service.

The delivery service is very bad

The delivery service is very bad. I could see my order has been shipped but taking forever to deliver. It is coming from Karachi to Lahore and it has been 1 week and my package has not been delivered. Actually I have flight at 1am tonight and I contacted them saying can you please deliver my package today but no response from there agent

Disappointment with the recent service provided by your company.
Its gonna be 6 days today to deliver the parcel its still not been delivered. The lack of communication regarding the delay only compounded the problem, leaving me feeling neglected and disregarded as a valued customer.
Not even staff is picking up my calls i tried 5 times every day. How bad is the customer service of this company . it is spoiling our customers as there is no commitment. No words. Very ineligible and irresponsible staff this company having.

This is such an irresponsible company…

This is such an irresponsible company that I placed an order many days ago and its delivery was in Lahore, so it arrived in Lahore on the 3rd and today is the 15th and still I have not received it. When calling the company, they are not responding. If they can't run their business, then it should be closed, at least not that tight. Better than that, there are other local post offices that deliver in about two to three days to four days at the end.
