I think the software works OK. It was added to my windows defender by the tech who set up my new computer. When it came time for a renewal I kept getting emails to renew as my subscription was running out, better price offered etc..I clicked on the renewal form and found 3 things. It asked for my name , first and last. First was spelled FRIST. It asked me for my phone number, I put it in, and the site kept rejecting it,.I tried different formats, no luck. Lastly thanks to other reviews I read I noticed that by renewing I was giving them a blank check .I signed of and deleted the program

This company will rob u blind once been paid. Stay away under all circumstances.
I paid £80 (next day on offer £29) not a penny refunded.

One product was never delivered, I have them the card number but because I changed my email address they accused me of doctoring the email.
An outrageous claim. I still have paid 300% over the asking price and are now accusing me of making everything up and I never placed an order.
Despicable despicable people who once have had your money have a customer service that is so shameful they should be locked up. I am out of pocket and had no product delivered.

TM worked ok on Win 10, but made my iMac run like a dog. Also had problems with remote connectivity when using Citrix, even though I followed the online KB I had to stop TM to remote into my work Intranet..... this was very disappointing..... I don’t want to spend hours configuring Internet Security programs.... TM should be more intuitive.

I will not use TM again

First of all, want to say "Thank You" to Vanessa, You are awesome.
During the installation had an issue with previous av software (some temporary system files which did not give me to install Trend Micro properly.) Asked for support of Trend Micro. The technician Vanessa quickly quided me what need to do and my problem was resolved. Even I am not their subcriber yet! Great job , 5/5 !

Bought trend antivirus with my brand new desktop
And as soon as i installed my whole computer gone shut down and way to slow that i have to take it back to
Shop and get antivirus deleted
Apparently its the worst antivirus around

The free tool is awesome: Housecall. I've been using it for 6 years, whenever I suspect a virus.

I have been using trend for 20 years, and consider it one of the best av products going. However their sales team are crap and do not care about existing customers.

Do not use their auto-renew process - it is turned on by default, but you should turn it off immediately (log in to your account to do this). When your licence expires, they will offer you a 15% discount on their standard price - but new purchases are usually 30 to 50 % off so it is invariably cheaper to buy new. This does mean you get new serial numbers which you have to insert into each device (it takes about 30 seconds).

And do not assume that bigger is better value - at present a 10 user 3 year licence is 10 times as expensive as a 1 year 10 user licence.

3 years ago when I queried this I was told they were putting in a 'best price guarantee' for renewals so it would never be more expensive to renew - unfortunately the person who told me this no longer works there.

Good product, crap sales team.

Trend Micro, no good support and service, in my opinion not a good antivirus program, there is better Panda Dome Complete, both from the cloud.
And Panda is much better for the system ....................

Absolutely awful. Bought a year's subscription, which delivered no value. Since ending that subscription they have repeatedly tried to renew the contract and I have had to jump through hoops to make sure that didn't happen. No answer on their support line. Waste of money and life, companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate so unethically.

They are still charging me two years after I cancelled my internet security subscription even with a credit card that has expired.

Received a secure email sent which I had to access through Trend Micro. Spent hours and hours trying to access it but to no avail. Was told it was because they didn't support Macs (this is 2017 not 1997!!!!) so decided to access through laptop pc... needless to say, that didn't work either, mmm interesting. Have had to give up with no direct contact on how to remedy the issue. How on earth companies like this continue to exist is beyond me.

I especially found the free tools useful as I needed malware cleanup - and afterwards, based on a few reviews I read, I decided to give the paid product a try.

So far - it seems like it's working perfectly.
