Total rip off, don’t buy anything from this company!!! Bought two bottles of glass cleaner and got two empty bottles for 58$!

Do not buy anything from this rip-off company! Just like everyone else, I got an empty plastic bottle for $39.00. Thanks Facebook, for allowing a piece of crap "shell company" to rip people off!!

This is the worst online experience i have ever had. I bought the glass cleaner and the liquid lawn system. Both arrived without the actual product in them. All i got was some very expensive spray bottles. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I was told that they couldn't ship the product because if customs rules. What a bunch of B.S. never use this company.

SCAM!! Bought an item, 2 months, still not here, told no refund available, they get all their items off ebay from China, that's why it takes months to arrive, but they don't tell you. My bad for not doing more research before placing an order. Check Ebay for the item you want, probably 1/5th the price and same delivery time.

I will never buy from here again and will be contacting my credit card supplier and letting them know TrendyShack stole money from my card.

Well like everyone else, I was scammed. They tell you it’s stuck at customs and that they’re working on it but a month later and they still haven’t. I asked for a refund and they straight up told me no it’s too late? How is it too late when you failed to give me my order?!? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Seriously so glad I didn’t spend more than what I did.

I echo the sentiments of every review in here.Do not buy from this company-A complete Scam-I also ordered the Hydro Mouse and received three empty bottles of $107.97 US.Took over 6 weeks to arrive and then they tell me the "Mousse" is being shipped separately with another Fake tracking number.No grass seed. Also found this locally at half the price. On top of it all,one if the containers was cracked and useless.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY-LESSON LEARNED-COMPLETE SCAM

TrendyShack buys things that are “as seen on tv” items, dismantles them, then sells the parts for twice what the original price was for the whole. They are not in the U.S. but are, as best I can tell, based somewhere in a concealed location. They have a U.S. phone number but when we wanted to return the garbage they sent us, suddenly the shipping address was in New Zealand. We purchased the Hydro mousse Liquid Lawn for $39.99 (twice the price that Walmart sells it for). It arrived in a bubble envelope. The jug was cracked, the spray trigger was broken and there were no seeds, even though it clearly states on the jug that seeds are included. When contacted, TrendyShack denied ever advertising including the seeds, (but we recorded their original ad which says they do), and refused to do anything. We contacted PayPal, through whom we had paid, and they got TrendyCrap to offer us a full refund if we returned their crap, then gave us a New Zealand address. No shipping label. We had to pay to return the jug. Cost for returning it? $38.75. Paypal has offered to refund $30 shipping cost, so not only are we out our time, effort and the energy it is taking to go after these thieves and con artists, but we are also out $8.75. So, we paid for our lesson...always check reviews on companies you’re going to buy from, NEVER buy anything from a link in Facebook, always check other sources for the product you want and never, NEVER buy anything from TrendyShack.

I ordered 2 of the Liquid Lawn System for a total of $75.98 on May 8th. It is now June 19th and I still do not have my order. The last tracking update I had was June 8th in Chicago via USPS.
I have emailed them several times and today they tell me that I need to contact the USPS if I want updates. They have their money but I do not have the product I ordered. BEWARE do not order from them if you want your order in a hurry.

SCAM!!! PLEASE for the love of all that is holy read reviews first! I so screwed up. My bank is going to get my money back for me, but this company is FAKE. I emailed them over a week after purchase, asking for a tracking number, they gave me a bogus number that when followed says "label created, not yet in system." I gave it two more weeks, just in case, and tried to contact them, to no avail. They won't respond to emails, and when you call the number, it gives a fake voicemail about "all of their representatives" being with other customers, and to leave your name, order number, and your email. They don't ask for a number, because there are not actually any people to call you back. They did a good job covering their tracks, they get the funds, they get to spend it, and the banks take a loss. DON'T BE STUPID LIKE I WAS.

Trendy Shack is definitely a scam and I thought I'd order because I trusted Facebook too much. I'll definitely be checking companies before future purchases. I purchased a pipe and I though my daughter stole it out of the mail box. This stupid fake company needs to be caught and put in jail. I'd love to see these people charged and prosecuted.

Please make a report to the Better Business Bureau. They will continue to victimize innocent people if we don't report this. If your very angry like me, then take the time to report Trendy Shack

Ripped me off. Over a month waiting and multiple emails and calls to customer support. Never heard a thing from anyone. Going to have to get Visa involved for my $75.98 refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TRENDSHACK!

Been well over a month and still haven’t received a tracking number and emailed them saying I would like a refund and they gave me some sad excuse about how they’re making my request “top priority” to be shipped. Wish I would have read reviews. Haven’t received the product and can’t get my money back. Bought what I ordered off Aliexpress for HALF THE PRICE and it’s already on its way. Was shipped 3 days after purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM TRENDYSHACK unless you want to completely waste your money. The reviews aren’t lying!!

Ordered a product, never received it. Got a bogus tracking number, that didn't track anything. They created a shipping label, but never actually shipped anything. Had to dispute charges with my bank to get a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Any site that doesn't allow reviews, should be a huge red flag. Unfortunately I didn't look into any of that until after I ordered.

It's been nearly two months since I placed my order. I have still not had a response from them regarding the order aside from them saying there is a delay. No tracking details etc.

Buyer Beware! I ordered shopping bags that never came. After several unanswered emails I took it up with PayPal and have just received a refund. Shame on them.
