Beyond dreadful. My order of over 2 months ago still hasn’t arrived. They strung me along for weeks before agreeing to a refund… but now have failed to action said refund for more than 2 week. Avoid this excuse for a company at all costs!!!
I like the products but don't subscribe to buy products. The website shows "log in" page but Shopify takes the account and cannot edit the subscription.

Only email customer service is available and they are helpful but incognito or different browsers are not allow you to edit your account at all.

I ordered a bundle of items for a 50th birthday present 3 weeks ago. The items did not come in time for the birthday 8 days after order and still not arrived 3 weeks later. After contacting customer services they said 2 items are out of stock and I agreed to wait. Just received an email to say some of my bespoke bundle has been shipped. Not complete. Don't waste your time on this company. Terrible customer service.

This company sells cream for pre/post swim skin protection for those with Eczema. Yet the cream tube is full of air with small amount of cream in it and far too expensive. Talk about rip off
