Cool design. Great value for money!

The ordering process was smooth and easy. Delivery was decently fast. Only wish that the watch straps would be packaged nicer. The watches are in beautiful boxes but the straps look like they’re just thrown in.

I'd sent my watch in for repairs around a year and a half ago. After that, the company went bankrupt and I'd been emailing at least once every other month to try and find the watch.
Long story short, after a year someone named Zacharias was finally able to take my case from the new triwa and get a replacement sent over because they weren't able to locate the old one.

While I can't rate the situation highly and would prefer to have my watch fixed and returned much earlier, the present customer service was excellent and I appreciate their handling of the situation in the last month.

Triwa's new team went above and beyond for me on the other side of the world!
I ordered a watch strap when the company takeover happened, and it got lost somewhere on the way to New Zealand.
When Triwa relaunched a few months later, the team contacted me to follow up. They kindly honoured the word of their predecessors and sent me a new watch strap at no extra charge.
At all times, they were approachable and true to their word. Triwa watches are a great product with a fantastic philosophy, and I wish the new team all the best in their endeavours to take Triwa to the next level.

Cheap china watches, broke after a few months and can't be repaired, customer service is not available. Stay away from this company.

I got Triwa Niben as a gift a few years ago. It looked really cool at the girst glance, but the plastic case of the watch had some defects. At first the plastic of the bracelet and case was very nice and shiny, after 2 years it became matte, and after 6 years it turned yellow, like those old keyboards from 90’s. In addition, the glass scratches just by looking at it, and when crown is closed to tight, that the watch can be waterproof, the mechanism stops working. It is anoying me so much.

For real, these watches looks nice from a distance 1 meter, but way too expensive. They are just cheap, crappy chinese stuff sold for 250 euros a piece. I wears mine, because i have got it anyway, but there is no way that i will buy something else from this company, unless they will lower their prices to 50 euros.

SCAMMERS THAT DO NOT SEND REFUND. I returned the watch the day after I got it, I have confirmation from the shipping company that they received the watch 2 weeks ago. I sent 5 emails to ask them to confirm that they received the watch and when I can expect my refund, but I have been completely ignored. DO NOT BUY HERE.

TRIWA is now welcoming a new management takeover, and for the best! I finally got a reply to my e-mails to use my voucher awarded 9 month ago, and a swift resolution with that. Previously, customer service was not always reactive, but this suddenly changed. I received my watch (beautiful) quickly, and am now hoping they reproduce previous models; and hopefully new ones. Never had a faulty watch, I own four.

Don't buy these watches. Had mine for a few months, went swimming and it fogged up. Apparently rated to 100m🙄

Worst Company I've ever worked for. The new CEO was a total scam. Worked for them as a freelancer, they weren't transparent about their business failing, then they declared bankrupt and I guess I will never see my money.

Terrible quality watch which fogged up inside after a couple of months of normal use and also does not keep time.
As they have recently gone bankrupt they continue to sell into the UK but despite their website promising two years warranty, they are not honouring this. You will be unable to return the product or get a refund.

I own two Triwa watches they are two of my favorite watches.
I have a Triwa solar watch, which works fantastic with its miyota movement and looks even better in real life than on pictures. Further I own the Sea Shepherd watch which I own for 2 years now, I took it swimming in the sea, on my daily ride on bike and except for some scratches it looks nearly new.

What I really like is the strap quality. The Ocean Plastic straps are really durable and keep their color well (the black and green ones).

Once I send one watch back, because it didn't suit me as I thought. Sending it back to Sweden (from Germany) was a bit expensive and took some time, but the experience with the customer service was overall very positive and they quickly responded to my questions.

Really regretting buying from this god awful company. Their customer service a joke if you try to get in touch with them either via their chat on the website or by email good luck getting a reply. I paid for a watch, waited a few days for delivery updates but heard nothing so I tried to ask them what was going on but got no reply, a few days later I got a message from ups saying they had my package and it would be delivered next day, a few hours later I get another email from ups saying delivery has been delayed due to not having correct paperwork. So again I try to get a response from these monkeys but hear nothing, I get another email from ups a few days later saying they now have the paperwork and that delivery will be next day, again I get another email from them a few hours later saying delivery is delayed due to weather and now will be delivered the next day, I fully expect to get another email saying it's been delayed until next week and this will continue on and on... Avoid this dreadful company at all costs they are the worst.

I received an empty package with no watch inside and couldn’t get any help from customer support. This is unbelievable. Absolutely the worst experience I have had.

- Not transparent about customs tax, this should be key info during checkout. I should be aware I'll need to pay an extra 20% on the damn order
- Didn't receive 10% discount, you're advertising it but it's BS

My experience with Triwa has been excellent since I bought my first watch from them when my husband and I were in Stockholm. And this company has continued to earn my respect when it honored a discounted price that was on their website only for a few hours. Their watches are well-made, beautiful, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a high quality watch that is far more affordable than similar watches.

Superb watch with an even better mission behind the watch! Truthful, honest and solid company, definitely suggest buying any of their products!

I bought a Triwa Ocean Plastic Sea Shepard to support Sea Shepard. Pretty disappointed by the build quality of the watch, honestly they look better on the pictures than in reality (most of the time it is the opposite way for watches). Then I learned that all the watches are made in China, which I find very contradictory to their "sustainable" approach. Come on TRIWA, by producing in China you get better marges but really do not do good to the planet, this county does not respect high social and environmental standards.
