TrueTrips was beyond excellent
TrueTrips was beyond excellent. The trip they booked for us in Greece went beyond our wildest expectations. We expected luxury. What we didn't expect was the flawless execution and the unbelievable quality of the entire experience. The tour guides and drivers were spectacularly educated and extremely courteous and interesting. Every single transfer went perfectly. We didn't have to figure out ANY of the logistics. It was a trip that goes beyond my ability to describe it.

Trip to Athens & Cyclades Islands
True Trips was fantastic organizing our trip to Greece. We traveled to Athens, Mykonos, Paros, & Santorini the 1st 2 weeks of June. They arranged all our flights, ferries, & transfers from our arrival in Athens & back to Athens for our flight home. They also arranged our excursions at each location with private guides including all transportation. The drivers & guides were amazing. I knew it was going to be a great trip but it was beyond our expectations! They kept in contact when necessary & were excellent from start to finish. I would not hesitate to have them arrange any trips in the future. Just wonderful!!!

Trips are generally good and value for money. Still not communicating enough about what to expect before we leave on the trip. Hard to determine what we are going to see and if we have a guide or not for parts of the trip.

Jim, thank you for taking the time to write a response and to give us your feedback. We always try our best to take good care of our guests and especially when they've been travelling with us for a long time. Therefore, while we are of course happy to hear you enjoyed the trip we planned for you, we only wish you would have let us know if you felt something hadn't been communicated in a clear fashion on our part so that we could address the matter accordingly. Nonetheless, your review further motivates us to continue to improve and refine our service offering and to make sure the trips we create are as close to perfect as possible.
No-worries honeymoon
We had a great honeymoon planned by TrueGreece, an offshoot of TrueTrips. At first, I was a little apprehensive about sending all of the trip funds to Greece ahead of time, but when we got there, everything was organized so well that there was no need to worry the entire trip. Great hotels and experiences and worry-free travel - what's not to love?

True Trips was a pleasure to have help…
True Trips was a pleasure to have help plan and arrange our family vacation. We spent much time ahead of time to coordinate and ask for recommendations to ensure a smooth and fun time while in Greece. The staff were familiar with the cities and helped make all the travel arrangements and transfers to get us to each destination on time. It was just as picturesque and beautiful as we imagined and we loved the friendly and knowledgeable tour guides who showed us around. We had an amazing experience and a blast, we can’t wait to do it again!!!

True Trips has helped us with 3 trips over the last decade. They have been a joy to work with. Our last trip to Portugal was perfect. The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to everything. We had the same, professional driver for each transfer. The tour guides are amazing.
I would highly recommend using True Trips.

Grecian paradise
We went to Greece for our honeymoon, and TrueTrips were wonderful. They made it so easy for us to travel to an unknown country. My representative worked with me to figure out the best trip, she sent me probably 10 different itineraries for me to choose from and let me pick and choose what exactly I wanted to see/do. It was so easy and we had an amazing time. I would book through them again.

TrueTrips? More like PerfecTrips!
In 2009 my wife and I wanted a “once-in-a-lifetime” trip to Greece to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We turned to TrueTrips (then just TrueGreece). This year, 2019, TrueTrips is helping us put together our 11th annual “once-in-a-lifetime” trip to Greece to celebrate our 30th!
We have fallen in love with Greece and TrueTrips has been our matchmaker. The boutique hotels they find for us are adventures unto themselves. Their itineraries full, fantastical and never rushed. The transfers always timely, professional, efficient and friendly. The excursions and private tours seem custom made just for us.
We all have different businesses in our lives that we patronize for the things we want and need. This is one of those rare ones that has never let us down, never disappointed, never phoned it in, never given lass than perfection. In a weird way, we are proud to be their customers.

Dear Amy & Burke,
Your review made our day! This is the best review we could ever aspire to get from a highly satisfied guest of ours. It is even more meaningful when it comes from you who have honored us with your choice to be the creators of your holidays for over a decade. We promise to continue doing all we can to create more unforgettable trips for you and find ourselves worthy of your exceptional trust. We are looking forward to hosting you again this year. Thank you once again for your extraordinary praise, words cannot describe our joy!
We have used TrueTrips 4 times and will again!
We have used TrueTrips 4 times -- twice in Greece, and twice in Italy. The guides have all been incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun! And, their insider access is better than anyone. For example, we were touring the cathedral in Palermo, and our guide just happened to "know someone", who let us into an inner chapel to view a crucifix which had been used in one of the Crusades! Exceptional! Another guide, this one in Rome, had just published a book on Michelangelo. Our heads were spinning after our first day with him. He packed a semester's worth of info into an afternoon!
Also, all of the drivers we have been provided were first class, as were the vehicles.

Lois and I enjoyed the trip to Italy…
Lois and I enjoyed the trip to Italy you arranged for us. After the chaos when we arrived and no limo driver, fortunately I checked my I phone to find out you gave Daniel the wrong names, but we got to Hotel after an hour connecting eventually. Manfredi hotel upgraded our room, which was freezing, so we wanted a change, but elevator lights went out, and we had to leave building nearby to get back in hotel--then changed to better suite for 3 days, and finally the best suite for last 2 days. Not the best start, but all well after that. Manfredi people were great. The Vatican tour was great--Franciscan Brother MAX was fantastic, and other Rome tours were great. Sergio great driver to Sorrento, where hotel very good and personnel helpful and food just okay, but restaurants good there. Breakfast at Manfredi was excellent but barely average breakfast at Cocumella hotel.
Vittorino driver good on tour of Amalfi--wonderful country and boat trip w/Adriano to Capri was excellent. Driver Claudio back to Rome airport was very good but dropped us at terminal 3--he and us--never got change to #1 so we had to walk aways for flight home.
Overall a good trip with good people in your system, but hope minor bugs would be worked out if we take another True Trip
