Very difficult to contact and the parcel has not arrived after three days. I just wish suppliers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Looking at a previous review on here i can only echo the exact sentiment!! Was expecting my next day order from UK Office direct next day delivery! Now been 2 days and according to Trueline tracking it should of been delivered yesterday?! Had problems with this company previously with another company i put and order in with?!! Worst delivery company out there and i let any suppliers i deal with know about it? I try to find out now what delivery company a business uses and if i find out it's Truline i don't bother ordering from them?!! As i say they are the Worst delivery company i have ever dealt with!!!!! Stay well clear of this company if your a business!!! I don't even want to give them 1 star but Trustpilot don't allow you to give 0 Stars?!!!!

My order of harrigate spring water via amazon order number 205-3091641-1407536 has not arrived.
Received an email to say it had been despatched 14th of October...Still no delivery has been received...please can you confirm when it will arrive

I ordered some items from Amazon on 8 October, These are for delivery by Truline. I haven't received the order, there is no tracking available via Amazon, and it seems to be difficult to contact Truline.
Where is my delivery, please?

I found a card through my letter box saying I need to email them for redeliver otherwise they will send the parcel back to the supplier. The card was in such bad condition I can't work out what the email address even is. I tried a few different options but all are incorrect. If you are going to post a card requesting me to email for my delivery, the least you can do is make sure the email address is readable.

Another great paper delivery by a new driver - said he had only worked for Truline for a few weeks. Don’t know what the other reviews are on about but seems to be a really well run outfit!

My parcel was supposed to have arrived yesterday. It still hasn't arrived. I'm discouraged to read so many complaints about your company. I don't why Amazon uses it, especially for Prime members who are supposed to receive their purchases the next day. The order was made on 3.9.2024.

My parcel was due to be delivered today at the latest. Failed.
Website boasts communication with the customer but there is no tracking or communication.

I work at a school in Horsham, West Sussex and we have very low speed limits on site because (surprise surprise!) we have children on site (even in the holiday periods) and some areas where vehicles and pedestrians have to mix. Truline van witnessed speeding, I would say at least double the speed limit, 09.00. I feel compelled to write this review having seen all the previous reviews for poor driver behaviour and one review just a few days previous for a driver in the Horsham area!

Compter paper left outside front door as it was about to rain.Three cars in drive way. No attempt to knock.

No courtesy they just partially blocked My driveway, can't get in or out due to less space and poor visibility, emailed them and no response.

unable to locate one of only 12 houses in a row in the postcode on the only link road between two communities
even after providing an accurate description including a phone number and the appearance of the frontage they failed to deliver on schedule
should these people be driving let alone calling themselves couriers
having been asked via trustpilot to provide more information, I’m backing that up with the following info to ensure Truline find no reason of weaseling out of responsibility on the grounds of lack of response.
no tracking number was given - check with Sounds Wholesale ltd for amazon order 204-2926233-4255508 - 9th April 24.
On Friday 12th April, Sounds Wholesale provided Truline with details of how to find and identify my house, including a phone number, and while I’ve discovered since then that you do not deliver on Saturdays as Amazon advised me to expect, you should have all the information necessary to succeed unless your driver is blind and deaf.
If you are really concerned and efficient, please call me urgently to arrange earliest delivery

I find it difficult to believe that the address on the package, supplied via an Amazon order was indecipherable and that your people managed to transcribe the address incorrectly from the info, which incidentally included my phone number, given them from the information supplied by me to the retailer.
I have also replied to your agents email, so how are you or your driver going to foul this up now?

We have had the delivery of 4pallets of boxes. The driver Alan was excellent. He waited while we accessed the area that we needed to store the boxes and then pallet trucked the 4 pallets to exactly where we need them to be left. He was more than happy to help and I’d like him to be commended please.

If I could rate 0 I would. Expecting a delivery. Only carded on 3rd attempt, no number on card to call. Emailed email address on card, only replied after sending a second email. This did have a number but was told it’s been returned to sender as it had been attempted 3 times. Total lies as there was no delivery attempt on my ring camera the first couple of times. I work in courier logistics and this was really really bad service. Avoid!!

Craig, delivery driver from Truline offered a first-class service today. When asked if he would deliver the paper to an upstairs location that was no problem. This makes my job much easier as I can access the paper better upstairs and get it to its final destination with ease. Very professional and friendly indeed.

Truline cover the majority of the UK running a fleet of 500 vehicles. If you contact the company they will investigate your complaint, and if you leave contact name / number they will update you on the action taken as a result.

Entered our office, ignored the 'security will be back shortly' sign, went straight into the building. When the security guard caught up and questioned him, he verbally abused her until he left the building. Not welcome in our building, disgusting behaviour, what a ignorant pig.

Delivery driver only left half of my delivery - two boxes of the four that should have been delivered were missing, the delivery note was thrown on the floor outside claiming all four parcels had been delivered. I was at home - working in an office right next to the front door, he didn't knock on the door, even though it was very obvious we were in, he forged my signature for the delivery and spelt my name incorrectly. I'm still missing half of my order, I tried to contact the delivery company who didn't answer their phone and haven't responded to my message.
