Quality of the photos very good. Quality of mug not so good as the inside stains easily. Easy to set up. Nicely quick delivery.

It’s a great website. Easy to use I do my own picture book and love that I don’t get restricted to set page options. The delivery is fast and the quality of the books is great. Keep it up truprint. Oh and they save and store your photos too .

I ordered 5 photobooks 30cm x 30cm, lay-flat, ranging from about 50 pages to 100 pages.

Pros:
- Quality of the book is excellent
- Even with 100 pages, the book feels firm and well bound

Cons:
- When creating the books there is a dotted line that runs just inside the edge of the page & there is text saying: "Photo areas and text outside of the dotted lines MAY NOT print". This is very frustrating as you don't know if it will print or not. In some cases I went beyond the dotted line, so the photo was still visible on my computer & it chopped large parts of the photo off. In other cases I was very careful and stayed within the dotted line and it still chopped parts of the photo off. Very annoying! (if it wasn't for this problem I would have rated 4 stars).
- The online software is quite "clunky" to use. It has a very annoying feature where it tries to help you place photos by lining them up with other photos on the page. If you have more than 3 or photos on the page then this is a really awful feature, as you are not able to place the photo where you want as it keeps getting moved to be in line with another photo.
- It would be a HUGE improvement if you could move the photos around on the screen with the arrow keys, to help fine-tune your placements. 'Photobox' do this and it makes a big difference for speed and quality of the creation.
- It would be nice if you could copy the layout of one page and use that as a template for other pages. I wanted several pages with 12 photos on & I had to create the template every single time. It would be great if you could just create it once and then copy it to other pages. (I know other photobook companies do this & it is a great feature)

On this order everything I asked for was done and sent quickly and safely. My original photo's were old and I scanned them into the computer, but they were reproduced much better than I expected, and feel I can trust Truprint with even delicate orders.

I use truprint all the time for my prints and in the past have made photo books, cushions and a keyring.
This is the first canvas I have had made by truprint and I'm delighted with it. It's well made, the colours are bright and the picture is sharp. Looks fabulous on my wall.
Service was excellent and arrived sooner than expected.
With a half price voucher this was excellent value for money.

Very pleased with the photo book, the process was quite easy to follow and the quality is exceptional.

After getting our wedding photographs, we wanted to print them. Spent two hours editing the photographs I uploaded. Went to add them to my cart and the website froze and then took me back to the homepage when it restarted. Edited photographs not saved. Absolute waste of time and considering this is the company's prime business, I am not sure how they operate. Somehow they managed to move into digitilisation after having specialised in developing film for many years. Goodness knows how they survive if the website cannot perform simple functions.

I ordered some personalised travel mugs which arrived on time. The images came out really well and the mugs keep drinks hot for at least a couple of hours if not longer.

One word..... brilliant

The photobook itself was fine, but as the post code had recently changed for the recipient's address I had the incorrect one.
This would have been OK, as the post people are aware of this problem, but Truprint took it upon themselves to go by the post code and change the actual address I had given, even though the postcode I had now covered 10 houses on the next road!
As a result the delivery went to the wrong address and the intended recipient eventually had to collect it from the local post office, so not good.
Otherwise all satisfactory.
