Absolutely first class service and…

Absolutely first class service and item. I had some difficulties (my own, not the software) and my emails for help were answered immediately. Thanks so much. I was a first time user with no previous experience. I shall do it again!

Brilliant but try and unsubscribe from emails.

Great service and product, no complaints except I have on several occasions clicked unsubscribe on my emails. I see I have 81 further emails which go straight into my junk mail box. I know who you are, and you are now a nuisance to me. Do I like businesses that are a nuisance........not really?

Service was fine but really…

Service was fine but really disappointed with the quality of the prints - they are grey and grey rather than black and white. Having edited them myself I know it's the printing and not the photos.

Great quality printed photos

Great quality printed photos (5 stars) however I have ordered photo mugs previously and the colours had a overall bluish tone to them and were not as vibrant as personalized mugs ordered elsewhere (3 stars), so 4 stars overall.
