Good service but have to wait far too long for phones to be answered and left on hold for long periods when trying to arrange the loan.

Wasted time, Paid a previous loan of early, Applied again, was accepted, garuntour accepted, my agreement signed. then they told my garuntour that it wouldn't be paid because I had paid of a previous loan early, when I phoned and asked them they just said they couldn't give me a reason why, Absolute joke company. surely they would have known this before I had to spend 30 mins on the phone, waste my friends time. Planned on getting my car and arranged to pay only to be told at the last minute its not going through. Will be sure to make everyone know to avoid this company at all costs.

Took longer than they said......
I acted as an guarantor for my friend. All details sorted on a Thursday over phone. Told it would take max 24 hours. My friend got email stating payment made to my account on Friday. No money in account till mid day on Monday. I wonder which date they will charge interest from. Lets wait and see!

Ifound all staff that dealt with my loan very helpful and talked me through the process in a bery professional manner.

Excellent service provided from the first contact made, slight delay in prgress after application however was told all was accepted and funds will be issued so awaited 24hrs no funds issued called back and was told application had been declined so explained situation and was told ile be called back 15 mins for final decission awaited no call back, so assumed it wasnt going to happen but then following day recieved a email saying funds will be in gurantors bank within 24hrs which was a supprise informed gurantor and within 3hrs funds where in account. Happy days. Thank you to TrustTwo.

Brilliant service, very reliable. It took 3 days from start to finish

day 1 I applied (Sunday night).

day 2 pre contract signed by me and garentor, 20 minute phone call with each of us.a mistake by me caused a third day.

day 3 final decision and payout.

Very happy halfed my bills each month. I can now see light at the end of the tunnel.

I kept having mixed information from each advisor, the funds were late and obviously I wouldn’t get it if I didn’t need this and the wait time to get through to someone was ridiculous I was about 8 times and got through 4 times

Took 3 days to do the final check that I have a job and to contact my work

6 days I’ve been trying to get through to them after being accepted for a loan no answer everytime

What a joke!
