Total waste of anyone’s time

From a guarantor perspective . The process is a waste of time spent 30/40mins of my time what it felt like being interrogated , for them to say ok all of your checks have came through fine please sign these documents sent me emails of the agreement ect. Signed the documents for them to then email the loan applicant hours later saying the guarantor application was no good even after they said all the checks were fine , so what did I sign the documents for ? . They make everything so difficult. Also too add this has added a hard credit search to my credit which is very annoying considering it was for a being guarantor. Amigo & bamboo are great guarantor companies to work with unlike these

Dear Amber

I am sorry to hear of your experience with Trusttwo. Unfortunately I do not know the specifics of your application. We do have an agreed application process that requires certain information to be obtained. I am sorry if you felt this was intrusive. In relation to the credit search unfortunately, this is a requirement to establish if the loan is affordable and would be required regardless of whether the loan is finally approved.

Regards,

Trusttwo

Second time dealing with Trust Two

Second time dealing with Trust Two, who approached me upon qualifying for a further loan, due to good repayment history. Easy to apply, great two communication, and fast BACS into your bank. Only flaw I found, depts involved kept repeating and asking for information already discussed & duly recorded, which became frustrating as my time is precious too. That aside, highly recommended to anyone looking to leverage cash flow!! Thanks again Trust Two

The process took far too long

The process took far too long, waste of time and they keep asking for different things when they could have done that in the first phone call and after all these back and forth, in the end, was declined.

Most of the reviews on here are fake as…

Most of the reviews on here are fake as they don't correctly describe the company or the way they do things. They are an absolutely appalling company. I wish I could give them a lower rating. They are extremely difficult to deal with. Every member of staff is more misleading each time you speak to them. I wish I'd never heard of them as they've cost me so much time and effort.

Well worth a look

I acted as guarantor for a loan taken out by a member of my family, I was surprised by the in-depth assessment process for acceptance of both applicant and guarantor but proves this is a responsible lender, this process is necessarily time consuming, the interest rates charged are considerably better than their main competitor for this type of loan.
