Unhappy

This experience started off well with amazing customer service, however the messy service and handling after has left me annoyed and frustrated. I had applied and sorted out my application on Friday and it was successful and it was processed. The agreements were signed and money was supposed to be transferred the next working day which would be the Monday. I waited on Monday and nothing was received and no phone calls to say otherwise. So I decided to ring up and a customer advisor said that everything is on track and the underwriters are just double checking and funds would be sent out soon. Waited until Wednesday for me to ring up again and wait for 45 minutes for someone to pick up and help me, for them to tell me there is a delay due to a few questions that need answering from me and my guarantor. Which they tried to ring me supposedly and didn't even ring my guarantor at the time. After this was done a final check was required, however still not received funds and the communication side is not good enough to sort this out as soon as possible. They have literally been messing me around the last week, and now the underwriter has been in contact and told me that there needs to be a job verification for my guarantor which I said that’s fine. She’s has hung up and given me a text to say my guarantor does not apparently meet the requirements, she couldn’t have just told me that on the phone. Worst loan company And experience. I wish it was handled differently or sorted earlier. I wanted to call up and formally complain but they take too long to pick up calls. Beyond annoyed! If you apply for this place make sure you ask all the questions and make sure everything is perfect otherwise they will lead you on for days!

I took a loan out with them days ago

I took a loan out with them days ago, have been approved but still yet to receive any funds. Really unhappy with the service considering how great their customer service was at the start. I've tried to contact with no avail and the call back requests do not get answered.

service is great, the only down fall is that more than one person calls for the same thing that you have dealt with.

Dishonest and useless.

Dishonest and useless.

I made an application with Trust Two after seeing an apr less than the company i would usually use and i opened an application with them on sunday. On completing the application on their homepage i was shown am apr of 39.9. My guarantor then completed their parr of the process and the apr leapt up to 49.9%

None the less i called to run through my checks with them. This process was considerably longer and more personal than any other i have experienced, though the guy i spoke to was good himself. After 1hr 40min i was told they would call my guarantor and then pass to underwriters. 24 hours later and no call was made to them.

I called back unhappy as i was expecting receipt today and cancelled the application.

I wad told that my apr jumped up because my guarantor is not a homeowner, yet he paid off his mortgage over 10 years ago. I was then told this was a mistake by the broker i went through, even though i applied direcrly pn their site...

Since this call i have received a text to say that my guarantor has been declined - another lie - and keep receiving "Welcome to trust two" emails from them.

Dishonest from first to last, no way id risk any involvement with these people. They also own George Banco so would also be wary of them.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Applied for a loan and they declined my first guarantor. Accepted the second. They asked via email to ring after 1 hour of waiting no answer. When they finally answered went through questions that made me not even want a loan with them nomore they asked where I worked and they said we would have to call them! Why would I want my employer knowing I'm taking out a loan. After this point I accepted what they had to do. They rang my work of place knowing got back to me( a week into my application) I then had to ring them again for another hour or so! Just to be told my application got declined. Worse company ever stay away they are rubbish and I dont know how long their business will last.

I am sorry to hear of your experience with our application process. The questions we ask are to ensure that we are fully aware of all our customer’s circumstances in order to make the correct lending decision. A job check is completed but no information is provided. It just for confirmation that our customers are in work. If you feel you have been materially impacted by this, please e-mail complaints@everyday-loans.co.uk
