This it the most ridiculous app ever. Can't watch a game without several buffering issues, pixelization,or just plain black screen. The only clear thing is the 30 minutes of commercials per hour. My w... See more

Logs you out just before the start of final games.
TSN regularly logs me out of my account, usually just at the start of the final game of the sports I watch (Rugby, Tennis, etc.) They also played a replay of the previous weeks game instead of the current game of The rugby championship 2 weeks ago.
And OFF COURSE they don't have a complaints mail or link where you can raise this.
Worst streaming service
Worst streaming service. Takes them days to upload a game after its been played. Miles behind dazn or fubo
Customer service refused and mocked me.
Tried to cancel minutes after being charged for the month. Requested to cancel and refund the month as it was mere minutes since charging me. Customer service mocked me for not reading the terms of service, then sent me the programming schedule for the month and told me to enjoy.
These people are scam artists..
It rings a Bell
The ratings sais it all but also it is saying who cares? Definitely not The Sh.t Network, also known as TSN, big money brutal tv sports. So a simple example, as they will not understand a complex example, Wimbledon, for some fans , major event, some others not, but, it is major, . As most of us, sports fans, we have a job, a schedule to work, you know for instance to pay to TSN your subscription, to watch sports with the exceptional feature “ On Demand” , and at your pace , remember work, you may retrieve from On Demand a Wimbledon game, semi finals,?! , would sound possible? not even “ famous players” as Djokovic vs Sinner, but no, not possible. The Sh,t Network, “ on demand menu “ is simple, minded, day X, as day 11 , or 12, of the tournament, guessing.
So you access day X, not knowing the players, watch 20 comercial, and more and , not your players want to watch, so try another day , or, exceptionally devilish, scroll to end , other pack of commercials, on other surprise game, still not your players and the gambling continues, until yes you cannot find a non important game as Sinner #1 vs Djokovic multiple champion, not really important for The Sh,t Network
All major tennis tournaments have the same “ detailed presentation “ from The Sh.t Network, Rolland Garros ha, ha, same . This thing (TSN) must be own by a large and traditional “ I don’t care” business,…..hm?! ..it rings a Bell, ….oh Bell , the Bell, yes, now I understand
Brutal
Brutal. I signed up by mistake, and called immediately to cancel. Like literally 5 minutes later. They refused to cancel immediately and refund.
TSN had the Bad Homburg
TSN had the Bad Homburg, Majorca and Esstbourne tennis matches shown all week BUUUUUTTTTTTT nothing for the women’s or men’s finals!!!
BUUUUTTT they do have F1 & Sports Updates showing on 120 channels.
WTF!!! 😬
Not good at all
The inadequacy of TSN's online streaming platform can be seen in 2 major areas: (1) There is no feature to pause or rewind livestreams. (2) It promises on-demand access after live events have concluded, but these are posted either long after the fact (seemingly up to 48 hrs later, once everyone already knows the result) or not at all. In the case of the NCAA championship I signed up specifically to watch, it was not at all.
So if you want to be sure of not missing anything or having anything spoiled, you have to rearrange your whole schedule around catching every second live. This is not the technology of 2025. Even VCRs 40 years ago could do better than this.
All this is especially grating if you compare it with ESPN+ in the States, which does allow live pause/rewind, and, in at least the vast majority of cases, automatically makes live programming available on-demand immediately after it has concluded. If they can do these things, why can't TSN?
Bell Media SCAM
I signed up for TSN basic got nothing on the TV except reruns old information I checked everything out later realized even with the upgrade they took my money over $30 and later realized that it was Bell Media told me I got scammed they've lost a huge market share and I had numerous issues when I own my golf course with the phones the internet you name it always an excuse from them but they always build you I don't think they ever really hear you unless you're ordering a new service and paying them more money than they pay attention horrible company and my golf course business depended on them we lost thousands because of disconnections Wi-Fi going down direct payment machines stopping you name it We had issues for 17 years they're worse than the CRA never stopped taking too bad hey Canadian company should be a shamed of their greed and treatment of clients
Leylah Fernandez's Match rather than Tribute to one of Tennis' Greatest
The very significant tribute at Rolland Garros in Paris for Rafa Nadal was not shown, in favour of showing a FIRST ROUND MATCH by Canada's Leylah Fernandez. Leylah is a talented young player. There is good reason for Canadians to be proud on her as a tennis player. She is not world renown. Nadal is one of the top 3 all time best tennis players. He has the very best to have played Rolland Garros and the French Open grandslam having won it a mind-boggling 14 times. TSN's decision smacked of tennis ignorance, thoughtlessness and parochialism.
If you want to miss all the action in…
If you want to miss all the action in f1 so that you can sit through rounds and rounds of ads instead, get tsn. They don't care what's happening in the race, they will stop it for ads.
I subscribed because I thought they had…
I subscribed because I thought they had a hockey playoff game on. Once I realized they didn't I contacted minutes after I subscribed. They would not refund me, I talked to supervisors.
THEY JUST GRAB THE MONEY AND NEVER EVER GIVE A REFUND. VERY GREEDY COMPANY.
So frustrating to watch NBA Playoffs
So frustrating to watch NBA Playoffs: they’ll show the first 6 games of a series BUT NOT GAME 7 (of a Warriors series). Can’t tell in advance which games they’re going to show sometimes. Just now after a game, they cut off their “NBA on TSN” live coverage scheduled to continue until 10pm in the middle of NBA Playoffs InsightCast show, replaced by nothing but the message “Live coverage is now concluded” and bad music on loop.
Plus too much more other annoying stuff to remember…
False promise, refusal to refund - TSN is a no-go
I subscribed 5/17 to watch F1. Cannot get the program on Smart TV (despite assurance from agent that the model of my TV will show program). Spent total of 47 minutes with agents but cannot see program. Called to cancel within ca. 1 1/2 hrs of signing up. They will not cancel the monthly charges. False promise, failure to provide access, refusal to refund.
Way too many ads for a paid service
Way too many ads for a paid service, should be embarrassed by their NASCAR coverage, if you don't watch the race live there is no recorded option to watch later.
Misleading and Disappointing – Don’t Trust TSN
I subscribed to TSN because they advertised that they were streaming the Houston Rockets playoff games. But when I sat down to watch Game 7 — the biggest game of the series — it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service and was told they didn’t secure the license for that game. No advance notice, no email, nothing. Just a shrug.
When I asked for a refund, I was told to “read the terms and conditions” — which are so long and dense they’re practically unreadable. It feels like TSN relies on legal fine print to trap people into paying for something they don’t deliver.
Completely unacceptable. I won’t be using TSN again, and I strongly recommend avoiding it and any affiliated services. There are far better and more transparent options out there for sports streaming.
I paid good money to watch NHL playoff…
I paid good money to watch NHL playoff hockey and there's not one game that was available on TSN.
I feel cheated. The wealthy owners decided to save money and not pay the rights for their subscribers to watch the games. There has to be some laws to prevent this scam.
Just dont
Subscribed to TSN under the impression that I would be able to watch Playoff games, just to find out that they wont be streaming them at all. Tried customer service within an hour of the subscription to try and get a refund. No luck.. they conveniently dont have any info available online regarding the lack of playoff games with the tsn subscription. What a ripoff/scam.
VIRTUALLY NO HOCKEY AVAILABLE
Subscribed to get hockey. I have had it for a week and still haven’t watched a single hockey game.
TSN is a scam honestly
TSN is a scam honestly. Sometimes it seems like you are streaming for a pirate site. You pay expecting high quality broadcasting only to realize you are better without it.
