Great Service by TT2 Customer Service

I had cause to contact TT2 Customer Services following my wife having been rushed into hospital. Sue is the account holder, however when I explained the situation the Service Advisor couldn't be more helpful explaining what I needed to do regarding travelling and paying for my numerous journeys.
Friendly and professional throughout. Thank You.

Very efficient & obliging

Very efficient & obliging, we did on line and it was straight forward, even when I got my registration wrong, they made contact with me, and I was able to correct it in time. But I did make a call to be sure, and the lady on the phone very pleasant answered my query.

Applied for blue badge exemption.

Applied for blue badge exemption.
After the time of 14 days approximately I phoned today 03/06/26 to enquire of progress.
I spoke to staff member David who looked into my account and informed me that it would be approved this morning and I would receive an email confirming approval. True to his word, very polite and a pleasure discussing the process.
Happy days 😊
