We had problems.

I am disappointed of how TUI took care of our reservation, we wanted to go to a nicer hotel, but they did not give us the upgrade!

Tui is relailable agency, selling very good holiday spots, client riented, very good service

I recommend this travel agency due to perfect and clear communication, excellent quality of service and also for very good prices.

I am sorry to give bad review but we had many many problems with our vacation. First of all TUI booked us room (in 4* hotel, named Blue Wave Suite Hotel) which had mold on the walls, the hotel was very overcrowded and personal was really unpolite. TUI didn't book our flight tickets and we had to argue with many people on both ways to get the check-in done, it was easier at Innsbruck airport but really stressful at the Antalya airport. We arrived to Antalya airport about 3 hours before departure, at 4 o'clock AM, but because of TUI's undone work the check-in took about 2,5 hours and we had to run onto the aircraft, almost missed the flight.

Very happy with the customer service, they managed to resolve an issue caused by booking the wrong dates for my holiday.

Online booking and actions/promotions for selected deals are not clearly displayed and in booking process the action coupon was not applied in the final price.

We had to cancel a holiday with only 12 hours before we had to leave due to sudden illness. TUI customer service was fantastic. They were so helpful and called me back when they said they would with a solution. Their agent Barrygiral was so understanding. Can’t thank her enough. I’ve used TUI many times and will continue to do so. Thank you TUI

I had no problem with reservation

We paid for seats so we would be together on our flight as we have young children. Those seats were not available when we checked in at the airport, they had been given away. The man who checked us in said that it was not coming up on the system. Other travelers had the same issue. When I followed up to tui with an email, my concern was dismissed as I had not kept the boarding cards as evidence nor had I complained to the cabin crew. No refund was offered. Very disappointed with their service

When I did the reservation it was not very clear that this is done through a 3rd party company: Ltur

It was not written anywhere that I'm not allowed to take 10 kg as cabin baggage.

Price was 2100 euro on Tui(Ltur) website and for the same thing on other agency I've find it after that at 1700 euro.

Incredible fast customer service from TUI Austria team! I haven't gone to the trip yet so can't comment on that but so far the customer service has been fabulous and they responded to our questions in English very quickly! Good price too!

All the booking went very smooth. Great service.
