I am very disappointed with TUI at the ROCK BURY GT MANCHESTER.
The manageress Danielle is a big let down.

I booked a cruise to the NORTHERN LIGHTS, something happen to stop the other person and myself not to go. the people at TUI ON THE ROCK wouldn't do one thing to help us sort it out. The customer service is so bad. I wont be using that TUI ever again. we paid £525 as part of the holiday and they will only give us £200 back they said we could book another cruise then change there mind not good at all. We have give them more then another notice , we have been trying to sort it out from January, the other person and me are not talking and she was the leading name but we was using my address its been a nightmare

I had a vaucher for this summer form TUI because I travelled last summer with TUI but I deleted the e-mail with that code.
The TUI told me that the vaucher is not valid because I deleted my e-mail with the code.
I 'm sure that you have CRM and all data in it....
So...

The site is nice, however since it is ONLY in German (Austrian), I had some difficulties to fill all fields needed for proper booking.

It could be nice if all questions for filling be written in German with English translation (below) so we that do not know the German language very good could easier make bookings and/or reservations.

My daughter and I went to Wilmslow Cheshire branch and had excellent service from Andrea Hannah and Claire who went out of there way to find us the holiday most suited to us and the price we wanted to pay.Holiday booked with every confidence after all their help thank you Glynis Cartledge Rachael Hughes

booked holiday and then seats. chose extra legroom thinking that was exit seats(after googling),but found it was just 2" extra legroom near the front.
phoned the helpline straight away and had fantastic service from someone called Michael who changed my choice to extra space(by emergency exits over the wings),same price,loads of room.

I stayed at Sirenis Tui Family Life Club Aura in Ibiza and found the Tui staff there absolutely amazing. Especially Amy, Aidan & Tom from the Entertainment Team were fantastic and really go the extra mile to make your holiday special. I enjoyed the entertainment just as much as my 7 year old daughter and I would most definitely recommend a Tui Family Life holiday. I can't get the 'Dance like a Grandad' song out of my head. Loved it!

TUI Airlines really looked after me and my friend after ON THE BEACH messed our holiday booking up, unfortunately ON THE BEACH didn't pass our flight booking through to TUI on either the OUTBOUND OR INBOUND flights.
Thankfully TUI sorted it out at home and abroad and even upgraded our seats.
We had a really good time on the return TUI flight from Tenerife, the air stewardess and stewards even let us dress up in there uniforms.
Check the pictures, they were such happy people that made us feel welcome and honoured to be flying with such a great company.

Very impressed, and the wheelchair confirmed already.
